Haven't seen enough of him to say one way or the other. He seems nice enough, but then again Necromancy doesn't attract the most trustworthy or reasonably well adjusted people. I wouldn't be surprised if he's hiding something.
Huh, that's pretty cool. It really shows of how diverse the magic in Westros really has become. I thought he was just pretending to be less involved with Necromancy than he really was.
Well, with my therapist I'm current writing the scene where Robin talks about her home life with Midnight and the part where the Principle probes her for answers for a little bit.
Basically, while the Principle does believe her cover story about working for the Hero commission, he's also pretty suspicious about the timing of it all. Right when All Might becomes teacher, when All for One is starting to make moves again, and now a break in at the school?
He funny enough thinks Robin is genuine. He's had that one detective who can sense lies, listen in on the interview and dig around a little. So other than a shady past she trying to redeem herself with, the principle trusts her with the students since he knows she genuinely cares. But he thinks she was sent in by someone to distract him and All Might.
Keep them busy with unnecessary new guide lines and investigations, while the true players make their moves which is actually kind of right from a certain point of view. All for One doesn't necessarily need or want Robin to succeed, he just wants someone to keep an eye on Deku and throw a wrench in the heroes plans every now and again.
All for one has a pretty big complex about All Might, not just because he beat him but also because All Might's power originally came from his brother, so on some level he wants to personally kill Deku by himself even if rationally he knows that's not a good idea since even untrained he's much to weak to be fighting anyone. Which speaking of do you want to here the new backstory I have for him?
Yeah, the players will be given a choice not only to tip him off but also if they interfere or provide commentary to the heroes vs villain's exercise All Might does. A nice way to earn some respect and influence with the students and teachers at the cost of more suspicion.
AFO and his younger brother, where orphan at a very young age and left them destitute, forcing AFO to really step up and be a surrogate father figure while also desperately trying to make money. Since they were kids, it became way to easy for AFO to fall back on his quirk when times got really tough with the issue being it attracted way to much attention.
So they were constantly on the run, AFO slowly building his catalogue of powers and a reputation as a demon, which he didn't care about. He just wanted a comfy bed, warm food, and somewhere to safe he can let his guard down so he can relax with his brother, but each time he tried to slow down another enemy wanting or fearing his powers challenged him.
I have a question. Are you keeping AFO super fucking evil or does he have redeeming qualities or parts of his life? Like, does he have a wife and kids or?
Until AFO was pretty much a monster, killing people as easy as he breathed. While his younger Brother wanted to be a hero, despite being quirkless. So AFO gave him his most powerful and prized quirk fully believing in his dream. And the younger brother did grow up and he did become a great hero, one of the first. But there came a day when he went home and he told AFO he needs to stop.
