Explain the issue to me

Well like you said in the beginning Hari's a pretty flat and boring character, which is very deliberate as I've explained, but I still want to have hints and little pieces that not everything's right. Just a little tension and something darker sprinkled in along with hints about Ragyo to help key in the readers what's going on.

Being deliberately boring is a writing sin but I can accept it if there is a building up to interesting going on. Lets talk more that growing shadow personality that makes him pop

I've mentioned that he does things not because he likes doing them or because he's thinks it's right or wrong, but because he wants to make his family happy. So he's not like a traditional psychopath where he can't feel guilt or love, because he loves the hell out of his mom's and would feel like absolute shit if he hurt their feelings, but at the same time he could kill a dozen strangers and feel nothing.

So much of his personality is based entirely on making the people around him happy and not what he actually believes or wants.

The story is discovering his beliefs and wants. Both heroic and villianously twisted for hentai

Like what are his fucked up fetish desires?

Breeding's a big one for sure, but that ties in with implanting his artificial Symbiote. He likes big curves and bimbo's, fitting as Ragyo's son, so body modification is a go. But he also likes spanking and age play since he's always been a little insecure about his age and supposed lack of maturity in comparison to the girls around him. Likes being called daddy.

So he likes being the daddy figure and he likes giving girls curves and tits and ass so they owe him? And breeding how?

Breeding in general. Not just spreading his powers, which since they are directly tied to his own genetics can only be spread through a pregnancy. But because he wants a big family since to him one of the few things that makes him happy is his mom's, so in Hari's mind having a bigger family is one of the only ways to become happier and fill that void inside him he doesn't really understand.

So his girls need to be filled and primed with his seed at all times and he has to drink the milk

Something like that. Part of it's just because I think Satsuki and Ryuko look hot pregnant and I love stories where you can see a canon character growing and changing and how authors interpret who they would be twenty or thirty years in the future.

So he wants a family living around and devoted to him sexually and emotionally. What will he do to make the perfect wives? How dark and selfish will he go?

I'm still debating. He's definitely going to go down the Ragyo route for a little while, using biological modification in between some stockholm levels of manipulation to keep them under his control, but I'm still debating if he should feel bad and pull back thus proving he's not Ragyo's experiment and complete his character arc. Or if he should go even further and have Ragyo become his main waifu.

Latter. Him taking Ragyo's work and doing what she never could. Make her daughters love him

I like that. I like that a lot. A big thing I wanted in the story was Ragyo reconnected and finally earning the love and acceptance of her children, with eventually the three of them finally acknowledging they're incest loving freaks but that it didn't matter because they had each other. And all equally on their knees for their master.

With Satsuki in particular finding acceptance in her feelings not just for Mari but for her mother too. But Ryuko also having her own character arc less centered around accepting her incestous feelings, but more that she needs to be more proactive in pursuing them rather than letting Satsuki always take the lead like she always does.

And need a goal past that. Him over time making friends with the community on his patrols as his alter ego and wanting to protect them and make them as happy as he is with his harem family

With his three girlfriends slowly forming into a proper harem and squad of magical girls, while in the background as Satsuki slowly starts investigating her mother's past and trying to piece together what is happening to her son and how these powers are developing, slowly coming into conflict with Makima who is desperately searching for this research unknowingly to protect her newly magical girl daughter.

And so these three girls also get to have the harem wife treatment to be absorbed and intergrated into his harem family?
