Coil. Coil is why. They don't know how much he knows. They don't know what he wants or what his goals are, or even his powers. So as annoying and risky as it is working with Lisa, she's their best shot to take him down. Then with the nature of Alex's power, the longer they work with Lisa the more control they'll have over her.

And does Lisa quickly figure out the horrifying extent of Alex's power? Does she get a view of the bonded costumes the girls are wearing and realize how it is connected to Alex's will?

She figures out pretty quick he's a Teacher Style parahuman, giving boosts to their powers in return for increased loyalty and slowly being mastered to him, but one doesn't realize how fast it works and assumes she can break free at any moment, since she does screw him over a couple times just to specifically see if she could, and two since she's Asexual she thinks it won't work on me.

Plus she's still pretty arrogant and her shared is liking the conflict this is generating so it's pushing her along in it's own way, plus these suits take awhile to fully take over, months or years at a time, and in the meantime the girl's has total control over it,

And for Lisa being not only physically stronger and faster with elemental attack is the coolest thing ever, but being able to use her power more with no restrictions is a high she can't stop using.

Elemental attack how and is the suit embedding itself into the Dallion girls? And they are embracing it? How did their downfall escalate and was Carol part of seducing and grooming the girls for it? The first to fall or was that Amy?

With the elemental attacks I was heavily inspired by Magical Girls with the whole concept of the suits, so as a nod to that the suits not only increase the New Wave girls original powers but also expand on them and let's them change their powers in subtle ways.

And with Lisa specifically the evolution of her powers is not just knowing secrets and weak points but also slowly gain the power to punch in the perfect weak spot to destroy something or someone.

And yes the suit is slowly embedding more and more into the girls, with the general pattern of how they feel going like this. Amy falls first, no surprise, and has the biggest ahead in being corrupted at first, but Carol has a couple thresholds that once she passes goes full down to crazy town. With Vicky taking the longest. But by the time Lisa finds them they are pretty corrupted but still try to be heroes.

Shatterpoint power for Lisa. So Vicky is trying to be reasonable while Carol fought at first but now follows Daddy wholeheartedly and cares more about serving and pleasing him and pleasing her girls and bossing them around then other shit
