I was actually right about to suggest that idea. Which works perfectly here as well. Since while this version of Orochi loves Naruto and her family, I wouldn't describe her as a good person either. She's a good way to contrast Naruto's way for Boruto.

Boruto is more sympathetic to the violent ninja way and its a source of tension in his family. He thinks Naruto dampens the potential of Hinate and Himwari to be their best

Good. Had fun magic game and dinner soon but can talk Boruto idea. I'm really into the thought of Boruto as the anti naruto. That Naruto's heir is the Saskuke of his generation and feels more connected to the ancient ninja way Naruto is trying to abolish

Well, the big thing about Naruto is that he is specifically the Jesus of his setting. He's here to right the wrongs of the past and try to make a future for the world. With Sasuke's redemption being not only his greatest obstacle but also his greatest strength. So my question is, what is wrong with Naruto's peace that needs to be fixed? And is it Naruto's job or Boruto's job to be the one to change it?

First answer is I like violent warlords as characters


Second answer is the Shinobi world being full of people who either don't trust Naruto or want the old ways back for power and wealth. Boruto growing up with attacks on his family from angry factions a common thing. Generations of martial society don't change in a dozen years

I guess what I'm saying is other than violent warlord, was else is going on emotionally and philosophically for Boruto?
