With Jaques I'm not sure. I know I want him to have a journey of self discover and to basically laze on the beach with skimpy dressed girls doing nothing, as he tries to figure out what he really wants in a really bad mid life crisis. But how long or what exactly that looks like, I don't know.

That could work, and I'll put off the fall of Beacon for awhile. Maybe have a holiday vacation as the excuse for Weiss to visit her family, and for Blake and Yang to visit the beach and get wrapped up in Jaques drama. It'll act as a nice bit of tension too because everyone knows these lazy dramaless days can't last forever.

I'm really liking the ideas that Blake doesn't recognize Jaques at first, since he's so out of his element and different from the media personality he cultivates. Nor does Jaques learn about her last name and make the connection to Kali and Ghira. So the two are mortal enemies and flirting and having zero clue of the fact.

I need to figure out how slutty Yang or Blake will be. Plus what kind of relationship they have with each other, because those two factors are what's going to determine how quickly they hook up with Jacques. Since my idea is that the three stumble into bed first, and then awkwardly deal with their issues as the relationship starts to develop feelings and not just be about sex.
