Sorry it took me awhile to respond, had a nose bleed I had to take care of real quick. Hopefully it finishes clearing out soon. It happens sometimes when my nose gets too dry or whatever.

But magical darkness leaking into reality, changing it and ultimately if too much of it builds in one area reduces it to chaos filled nothingness. But those with strong will power and specific training can master and even control this power and use it for theoretically anything, but in practice you have to focus on one element. You know it sounds a lot like the warp, especially the part with the Navigators.

And that devil speech is a classic for a reason. It's one of the few speeches that doesn't try to make the devil some kind of victim or focuses in on himself, and instead focuses on humanity as a whole and how the very act of free will is what created him.

Hazbin Hotel's Lucifer for me isn't a devil not because he's good, but because he uses none of the prior lore or a new spin on the concept. He's a completely different character

I got some writing done today. Felt good about that, and yeah Hazbin Hotel isn't even hell to me anymore. It's something else entirely and once I accepted that my enjoyment of the show went up. Still think it's a total waste of a premise, but then again it got bought by Amazon specifically since it filled that niche genre of more childish/adult animation like Rick and Morty.

If they had gone full in on Hell being actual hell, filled with horribly evil people. The show probably wouldn't have taken off like it did with Tumbler and Youtube. So you take some. you lose some. I guess.
