That's the fun about smut you can have the characters act around just a little outside their usual characterization as long as it follows the plot of the story.

So, in taking over the company Whitely grows closer to Willow and pushes her to become his. Trapping her but she loves it because of his manipulation and that he wants her to be around him. Willow becoming his Secretary or second in command?

I always like the idea of Willow being a secret mastermind, but on the surface is still a bubbly bimbo. Being her son's second in command everyone assumes is just eye candy as she spies, lies, and helps her precious son to the top, all the while pushing for him to make his sister's and putting them in the right spot to do it. Make her the one that pushes him over the edge and go for a harem.

But have it be that it was him breaking her resistance that turned her into that. Make the start of all this rest on Whitely's actions. He sparked the hedonism

Oh he's pushing for it, and playing the same games as his mother. It's a push and pull thing where they both make each other worse, or better depending on you perspective. lol.

Dragging in Winter who's invited home by Willow?

Exactly! Jaques is gone, WIllow asks Winter and Weiss to come home for a few weeks to help out settle everything and figure out what the next steps are for the family. The two sisters show up and instead of a depressed alcoholic mom, they've got a bubbly, attentive, and very smug bombshell pretending to be a secretary to their brother. Who's had his own glow up and is quickly taking control over the company.

And while their playing political games trying to steal the company away from him and each other, to be the true heir for aultrictic and personal reasons, they slowly see a side of their bother they've never seen before, and you know what happens next. lol.
