Sorry for the wait, I had to take care of recycling. That's the kind of vibe I'm going for. Someone on the surface seems really smug and in control, but over time is revealed to be scared shitless at how powerless they are in the face of the chaos gods. Kind of an allegory for finding God in a way. Someone who desperately goes it alone, but can't make it and needs the strength only Charlie can provide.

Probably a prostitute or gang member, balancing a serious drug addiction, has a sweet spot immediately for Charlie after recognizing the demonesses awkward nature. Acts a mentor figure and big sister to the poor girl, teaching her how to run the cult and basically giving her a primer on 40k culture from the bottom view. Like the other two, slowly over time worship Charlie more and more.

Having the warp sorcerer conman be the older daddy figure for Charlie?

Stops just seeing her as someone to mother, and more and more as her only shot at redemption for living a terrible life. Becomes obsessed with having her body and mind remade like the paladin girl, since she sees it as the only way to stop being a whore and someone greater. Someone Charlie deserves.

Is very sexually experienced obviously, but she lies about how much as the cult slowly becomes even more degenerate than she can handle. But pretends she done it before because she doesn't want to let Charlie down, and unknowing through her seemingly blase attitude pushes Charlie to go even crazier with it.

But the warp sorcerer I was thinking of an older brother or uncle figure. Someone who you can have fun with and joke, as well as get good advice, rather than an authority figure.

How degenerate and in what direction?

I'[m thinking the kind where Charlie gets possessive. Only I can make everyone happy. We can only make it through this by working together under MY family. A kind of reflection of her father's original sin, and the degeneracy is that people's entire lives revolve around her. they can only get hard thinking of her. they treat her sweat like ambrosia.

Entire lines and hordes of people patiently, begging, crying, and waiting for their turn in fucking her. Girls putting masks on that make themselves look just like her. Guys moaning at the sheer possibility of her using them as a rug or step. Stuff like that.

The worshipping Charlie bit is limited as far as fetish goes. I think an adjustment is in order but if you like the idea go with it

I kind of want it to be a little creepy and wrong. This is 40k after all. But I mentioned how she put a little bit of her essence in her followers? If she puts in too much her soul is too big and too powerful, she actually starts taking over their minds and bodies.

With a potential bad end, and something she'll have visions of and be terrified of, is that she uses her powers too much and completely erases all their souls. Leaving a cult of only Charlie, like the borg or some kind of Hivemind that spreads across the entire galaxy. Since nothing can be as perfect as she is. But like I said a bad end, and is something she hates and wants to avoid.

Personally not my taste but your story. I'd go for more happy bimbo stepford route
