I kind of want it to be a little creepy and wrong. This is 40k after all. But I mentioned how she put a little bit of her essence in her followers? If she puts in too much her soul is too big and too powerful, she actually starts taking over their minds and bodies.

With a potential bad end, and something she'll have visions of and be terrified of, is that she uses her powers too much and completely erases all their souls. Leaving a cult of only Charlie, like the borg or some kind of Hivemind that spreads across the entire galaxy. Since nothing can be as perfect as she is. But like I said a bad end, and is something she hates and wants to avoid.

But it's something the Chaos gods are trying to push. Not because they want her to win, but because they want to bring out the worst in people. It's what they're trying to down with the Emperor by pushing him into a god of order, and is sort of the same thing they want for Charlie. An internal enemy of monotone to fight their empire of blood and color. Everything versus nothing for all of eternity.

But you're right. Charlie is not going to be sleeping with millions of people. So she'll have her favorites that are all collectively married to her, with heroes and future generals going through a ceremony to marry her once they enter her inner circle. Where as everyone else at the bottom will have their own families and clans, with Charlie as the example of the way a husband or wife should act.

I might go for something in the middle of the 2. I do think the stepford wife aesthetic fits her more, but I also think the Borg theme fits her main sin of pride.

The borg idea can mix with the stepford wife style. Having people put on masks of her is just not fun. A person isn't as interesting in my opinion as an ideal. Charlie's colors, her words, her style.
