MHA universe, a Vergil-inspired/cunning young villain MC, create his own faction, his Quirk can modify others' Quirks; a living Trigger (inspired by [Power Guru] from The Dark Wolf Shiro's Guild of Gamers: The Supervillain, Ch. 10).
