I've seen like half a dozen ppl ask "What's QQ" over there. And hey, this Athene fiasco kinda proved us right, even if it took a popular mod getting randomly banned to bring it to so many people's attention in a way that couldn't be brushed off as 'Lol creepers complaining'

We have similiar, although more overt & less prone to case by case that the Mods did on SB, on what content is allowed. You won't see sex quests there...
 
A quick search of SV shows that our unfortunate reputation precedes us. I feel kinda pissed at our poor representation...

I'm confused by allegations of pedophilia and tentacles, though.

I mean, Tentacle Monster Quest is long since dead, and I'm not sure that the Daemon[ette] quests really count, given the MCs were, well, Daemons. Also, yeah, long dead.

I think that may be from them misunderstanding the term "pedophilia," thinking that it also includes teens, rather than just prepubescents. Or does one of the Worm quests have Dinah or Vista?

But wouldn't that make them all hypocrits since I see tons of them shouting such things while also aplauding pairings with 16 year old anime characters

Of course it would. But their forum doesn't have NSFW content of it, so that makes them feel superior to us.

It's interesting to note that at least two of SV's current staff were also staff at SB. Specifically, Isil'Zha and Havocfett.

Both are also still active on SB.

You can nominate as many people as you want. 5 separate nominations per candidate are necessary for them to enter the following election.

Weird. I mean, while it is true that there is sex and stuff in the Quests and stories, including some things that are not to everyone's taste, that is the entire point of this place. It is like going to Vegas and expecting to not find a single one-armed Bandit. It is unreasonable and stupid. And the People here are reasonable, friendly and have shown the tastefulness necessary to make this kind of place work.

Some of us, at least (I'm not sure if I would be considered tasteless or not), we have one or two members that are... yeah (then again, most forums have their "strange" members).

But I suspect it's echo chamber together with people only hearing negatively about QQ from people that doesn't like it.

Let's be fair.

Most of my NSFW quests were there because I intended to throw in a bunch of graphic violence, brutal murders, and probably some cannibalism. Not because of teh sexxors.

The only thing I did was add the Sig. And I had attempted to do that yesterday before I had to leave, turns out they have a limit on lines I didn't notice till today. Had to slightly modify it.
 
Well, I guess the trio SB-QQ-SV is really the same community, if it wasn't obvious before.
