Of course, she still needs dice and a place to roll them....this is MORE powerful than Dinah's ability. If I'm looking at this correctly, Taylor can read anything that can generate a percentage and can determine what that percentage is going to be. Anything. My Gods. Thinker 10 -- Never Tell Me The Odds, I Make My Fucking Own. Potential Cape Name -- Chance.
"We need that reading now!"Armsmaster will be able to create something portable that allows her to roll dice safely and quickly without trouble, or so I'd guess. That is if she joins the wards and they do not simply have her stay at their HQ and handle the console.
Oh, she'd love those dice. She'd roll three or four at a time.I'm just waiting for someone to get her some dice like these. Would need to see if consecutive rolls would work, because d30s are a bit of a handful.
EDIT: 1d20+1d8-1 would work just as well for generating letters, even if it would take longer.
Actual.
Because PtV never gives answers Why. You can pretty much ask any Yes or No question in the world to Taylor and she'll has the answer. Why though? Her precog still suffers the no-Scion no-Endbringer limitations. And the place you outlined for her in the Wards would be useless in Cauldron thanks to PtV.
I Ching, maybe. Toothpicks didn't work, but experimentation wasn't exactly rigorous; maybe if they'd been marked by some Taylor-readable system, her power could have recognized them.Because PtV never gives answers Why. That girl has the Most Badass thinker power Ever.
Edit: And is it a Breaker addon? She manipulated the dice to roll as she picked, can she do more than just dice with that?
First request for Kid Win, Armsmaster or Dragon. "Could you build me a set of 10 or so programmable 30-sided die?"Or hey, she could get a set of those sex dice.
"I wonder what Brian likes?"
*shake* *shake* *shake* *roll*
"...No way!"

"I wonder how scary it would be if everyone teamed up" is arguably the moral of Worm.I'm glad this isn't a one-shot because Muwhahahahahaha! Oh gods just imagine how scary it would be if Contessa, Taylor, Shamrock, and Lisa teamed up together.
She can make toothpicks fall where she wants.
Untrue. Why though? Her precog still suffers the no-Scion no-Endbringer limitations.
You know, I remembered that she could make toothpicks fall where she wanted, but when I skimmed back to double-check, I botched my reading comprehension check and thought I'd misunderstood the first time. (I got to "toothpicks failed to bend to her will" and didn't re-read the rest of that paragraph.)She can make toothpicks fall where she wants.
She just doesn't know how to do predictions with toothpicks
Provided she has enough dice. I get the feeling that the entire message would have to fit in a single roll. She can use D100's for letters. Her powers allow for her to get the roll she needs every time so if she wants letters she will only get between 1-26 as needed. In fact any message that can be communicated using less than 100 symbol key can be generated by her power.
