So, a little context beforehand… do you guys remember the 90's event where DC and Marvel decided to create their own fusion comic called Amalgam?

Basically, they fused the worlds of DC and Marvel into a singular world, where characters from either side of the Marvel/DC spectrum were fused into a singular character.

For example, there were Batman and Wolverine who fused into Dark Claw.

So, I thought it'd be a fun idea to create our own fusions. Just to fuck around and have some fun.

Here's the list of already made 'canon' Amalgams just to show what's possible:

Batman/Wolverine: Dark Claw.

Manhunter/Cable: Wired.

Jonah Jameson/Perry White: J. Jonah White.

Wintergreen/Stick: Winterstick.

Nabu/The Ancient One: Nabu The Ancient One.

Hellgrammite/The Abomination: The Abominite.

Mister Mxyzptlk/Wong: Myx.

Green Lantern (Kyle Rayner)/Jade/Nova: Jade Nova.

Zatanna/Scarlet Witch: The White Witch.

Baron Mordo/Wotan: Baron Wotan.

Satanus/Mephisto: Mephisatanus.

Fire/Phoenix: Firebird.

Impulse/Quicksilver: Mercury.

Will Magnus/Bolivar Trask: Will Magnus.

The Sentinels (A different version of the Sentinels, fused with the Machine Men)

Jocasta/Platinum/Sentinel/Millie the Model: Jocasta.

Professor Zoom/Kang the Conqueror: Professor Kang.

Ra'as al Ghul/Warlord Krang: Warlord Gh'ul.

Poison Ivy/Mystique: Botanique.

Joker/Sabertooth: The Hyena.

Huntress/Carol Danvers: The Huntress.

Big Barda/Titania: Big Titania.

Granny Goodness/Agatha Harkness: Granny Harkness.

Thanos/Darkseid: Thanoseid.

Odin/Highfather: All Highfather Odin.

Will Magnus/Magneto: Magneto.

There's a bunch more… but I think this gets the gist of things for you all.

In particular the fact that… it doesn't matter how many characters you fuse, or even if there have already been fused characters.

They'd all count basically, so… be free to go balls to the wall. Though, I do hope that you guys actually be more creative than just using one of the characters names for your 'amalgamation'... that just screamed laziness to me.

Like, ah yes, the fusion of two characters I like, who is literally just the first character with a slightly tweaked design… I hate that sort of shit, personally.

But anyway, here are my two pitches:

Polka-Dot Man/Spot: Polka-Spot.

Abner Ohnn was a scientist working for The Big Question, working on the creation of a portal to another dimension, when he was subsumed by his own machine, transforming and changing him into a horrific facsimile of himself… his skin was now pitch black with polkadots of various colors covering every part of his flesh.

He later found that he could detach these polkadots and use them to create portals, superheated blades or platforms depending on what he wished. With these newfound powers, Abner swiftly turned to a life of crime.

The Lizard/Mr. Freeze: The Blizard.

Dr. Curtis Fries was a brilliant researcher when it came to both cryogenics and biology. But unfortunately, his darling wife Nora grew sick… without a cure. So, he did what he thought was best and put her into a cryogenic pod, with hope that there would be a cure to her condition in the future.

Though, as he was putting her into the pod, some of the frost released onto his arm, freezing it in an instant… and no matter what he did, it wouldn't unfreeze and was slowly rising across his body. So, after several minutes of careful deliberation, Curtis decided to amputate his arm. Cutting it off as a loss needed for progress.

But of course, he still needed both of his arms for his research, so Curtis had decided to use the results of an experiment he was working on, working to replicate the results of a lizard's regeneration. He'd made great progress… but hadn't had any human test subjects yet.

He needed his hand though. So, he injected the formula into his new stump, and watched as his limb regrew… but it was strange. It was different. It was an icy blue… and cold to the touch.

Then, Curtis felt himself beginning to shift… to change into a new form, an elevated form. A gigantic lizard-like ice blue humanoid creature covered in frost and spikes made of ice. The Blizard.

Well, that's that. I hope you guys also create your own Amalgams, because honestly? This is just a fun thought experiment, imo.

I was originally going to go with Killer Croc/The Lizard, but honestly? That sounds boring as fuck.

Like, why the fuck would you fuse two characters who are basically the exact same physically?

Fuck that. Blizard is way more interesting imo, and it has a dumb pun.

Practically perfect... hell, I could see the giant Ice Lizard Man in the comics, kek.

I just had another amazing idea...

Doctor Bong/Brother Blood: Brother Bong.

Lester Verde Blood IX was the descendant of the first Brother Bong, each one has been the leader of the Church of Bong... until Lester, that is. Who was a simple man who worked as a journalist for The Planet Bugle. The world's premier news agency.

He mainly reported on rumors and gossip about celebrities and superheroes, even making stuff up if it would give him a decent story.

But while he was working alone in his room, a bounty hunter by the name of Lobo the Duck had invaded his space and kidnapped him for the Church of Bong, as they were searching for the last descendant of the eighth Brother Bong.

He fought as hard as he could during his kidnapping, but that only ended up with his hand being severed at the wrist, causing him to pass out from both the blood loss and pain.

And he awoke in a strange church, with a large ceremonial red bell in front of him. Looking around, he saw several men and women in red robes, with jingling bells across them... and they invited him to ring the bell.

For some reason, it felt right to do so, and he instinctually did so... ringing the bell.

As he did so, the sound reverberated throughout his very soul, and he saw divinity... then a strange red blood-like liquid flowed onto his fresh stump, transforming into a ball that felt as tough as metal. Along with his new prosthetic, he also gained some knowledge on magic. Something which he quickly honed... after all, this was magic.

This was the birth of Brother Bong, Leader of the Church of Bong.

Citizen Abra/Mysterio amalgamated idea: The Citizen M (Post-Flashpoint Amalgam Earth).

A mysterious figure is shrouded in fog as he makes his way to the streets of Central York City in the 2064th century. He looked around in the ruins made by figures long past whose war with one another caused this to happen. He looked at his fellow time traveler wired to be a hero and frowned. The two knew what would happen next, they knew it. They will never be on the same side again after this. The two must do so to prevent the future yet to come. The one Wired to be a hero from Mars... and the civilian who became a villain to save the future.

Citizen Quentin Beck must now become a fated foe of the Speed Demon to ensure the formation of a League of Heroes who will avenge this forsaken future. No one will know about this dead world, but that's a small price to pay for the sake of all that is good that two know about.

This is the forgotten story of Citizen M. The mysterious time traveler from the future who made the choice to forsake his future for the good of all mankind by becoming the villain whom the world will know forevermore... and the best friend to the last Son of Future Mars.

Booster Gold/Ikaris amalgamated idea: The Last Son of Mars (Post-Flashpoint Amalgam Earth).

Every moment is like dipping inside the sun's surface. He knows this but it is the last chance to save the world from its dire fate. Who is he? Who is this person so important that he's doing something horrible to himself? His name is Ikaris Carter. But to others yet to come, he is known as Booster Gold. The Last Son of Mars.

Batman/Spiderman: Man

Bruce Parker was an average looking playboy who lives with his uncle Alfred.

One evening, he and his uncle was just coming home from a WWE show and as they walk through an alleyway to go to their apartment, his uncle got shot by a radioactive spider.

Now without money nor power, he swear to protect his city as the one and only.

Dark neighborhood Man.

Snowflame (DC)/Deadpool (Marvel)- Pedro Wilson, aka Dead Snow

Born in a poor village in Columbia, Pedro was kidnapped at a young age by the local cartel and used as a drug mule for Cocaine and other illegal drugs. Alongside many other kidnapped and abducted civilians he was passed back and forth along the border, transporting hundreds of pounds of illegal substances as the years went by. During one particular trip, alongside the typical package of drugs was a strange vial, supposedly lifted from a scientist found dead near one of the Cartels hideouts. It was intended to be transported to a lab in the States so it could be properly analyzed to determine its value and later be sold, but unclear instructions resulted in it being bundled with the drugs Pedro was transporting.
"Let me tell you, that stuff did not feel comfortable up there. And aren't you being a bit too vague on the early life bits?"

The trip went well, until one of his fellow mules' bag broke and sent the man into a cocaine fueled rampage. During which he knocked out the pilot and sent the plane crashing into the jungle. The impact caused the packaging within Pedro to burst, flooding his body with a lethal dose of Cocaine as the plane's fuel exploded. If the drugs didn't kill him, the flames surely would. If not for the now broken vial within him. Unknown to him nor his bosses, the vial contained a chemical compound derived from the blood of Logan Wayne, harvested during the Weapon X program and refined to ideally pass along the man's healing factor to anyone who drank it. The program had been shut down before it could be tested, and the Doctor who made it escaped to South America with his research, hoping to sell it to the highest bidder only to die along the way.
"That's why you don't go through the forest on your own, he should have brought more bug spray. And why did he even go to South America in the first place? Why was he on foot? I detect some plot holes."

The drug mixed with the cocaine in Pedro, and gave him a powerful healing factor while also replacing a portion of his blood with pure cocaine, leaving him in a constant state of an extreme high, his healing factor the only thing stopping him from suffering a fatal overdose. Even with his new found healing factor, the crash and explosion left painful burns across Pedro's body, ones that seem to be unable to be healed.
"That's cause the writer wanted to bring in body disfigurement like the canon Deadpool but didn't want to go with cancer again."

After escaping from his fiery tomb, Pedro gave himself the name Dead Snow and swore vengeance on the Cartel. Due to his constant state of Cocaine high, Dead Snow doesn't feel pain and his adrenal glands are constantly flooding him with adrenaline, allowing him to exhibit near superhuman levels of strength, speed and endurance by pushing his body beyond its natural limits and allowing his healing factor to keep him held together. This constant state of high does however leave him with delusions and a disconnect from reality, leading him to believe his life and the world around to be entirely fictional, as he will randomly start talking to empty space and refer to 'readers' and 'authors'.
"Don't think I don't see you guys out there, looking around for fap material. What kind of name is Questionable Questing anyways? And seriously, Dead Snow? That's the best you could come up with? I like Frakir's suggestion better- Flamepool."

With his new powers, Dead Snow Flamepoolwas able to not only take revenge on those who forced him into this new life, but was able to take over that entire wing of the Cartel, breaking off from them to form his own group of mercenaries. Though his constant state of highness does lead him to be somewhat lackadaisical in leadership and tactics, making a high turnover rate within his organization.
"Not my fault they can't keep up with my sheer awesomeness. Also, I think you went a bit overachiever with this writing prompt. And you left out all kinds of my adventures! Especially the sexual ones. Like that time- hey wait, why is there so little space lef"

Iron Fist/Richard Dragon/Fing Fang Foom: The Dominating Dragon Fist.

Danny Dragon was a thief who stole things of importance for his father, the head of Dragon Enterprises. He'd been trained from birth for corporate espionage... his father wanted him to do anything in order to better the company and his bottom line. But sadly, one day while he and his family were on a trip to the East, their plane crashed leaving Danny the only survivor, though incredibly injured and unable to move.

Thankfully he was found by a pair of monks, who took him to the mystical city of K'un-Lun in order to help him rest and recuperate. One of these monks later became a sort of surrogate father to Danny, a wizened and elderly man who only went by the name of O-Sensei.

Eventually, Danny was healed and able to move about on his own, where after seeing the strength of the martial artists around him, he begged O-Sensei to train him in the arts... surprisingly, he accepted.

And so, alongside his fellow students T'Challa Turner and Davos Drakon, Danny was trained by the monks of K'un-Lun and eventually he grew up into a powerful young man... eventually passing the test of the Dominating Dragon Fist, where he defeated the dragon Shou-Lao the Undying in one-on-one combat, gaining its power... at a hefty cost.

Danny began to transform before the eyes of all the monks of the temple, his skin rapidly transforming into golden scales, his body elongating and becoming more serpent-like... and eventually, he became a dragon.

Danny Dragon had become The Dominating Dragon Fist, Protector of K'un-Lun, and wielder of all of this phenomenal power at his fingertips.
____

Not 100% sure about this, but I thought it was a kind of fun idea, so... fuck it.

T'Challa Turner: Black Panther/Bronze Tiger.

Davos Drakon: Steel Serpent/Constantine Drakon.
