Sorry for the vanishing act. Was busy with College stuff, aka starting out school again. Anyway, need a vote count for both votes.

The Solars lost for several reasons. The main reason being is that they became complacent and arrogent in their power. That allowed the Sidereals to work behind the scenes to get the dragon blooded armies to overthrow them and to get the Lunars to abandon them for the most part. It took 10's or 100's of thousands of dragon blooded using first age tech to overthrow the elder Solar's and that was an even with them striking with surprise. This was against a total of 100 Solars of varying power. There is a reason that dragon blooded call up the Hunt whenever there might be a chance that a Lunar or Solar exalt might be seen. Better to get them when they are freshly exalted before they have a chance to dig into their true powers.

Not sure where dragon blooded fall into the powerscale when compared to narutoverse ninja's. That would help us figure out where our newly exalted Lunar and Solar would fit into it powerwise.

Ninja are enlightened heroic mortals so a little bit lower then DBs save for their Elite Jonin+ which are around DB level.

From my understanding of the 'power levels'. Shinobi are still mortal humans even if enlightened and DBs are still exalts. Only Kage level (S-Rank) are at that level.

The very high end ninja should be able to keep up with a non-immaculate monk dragonblood (monks use celestial martial arts which puts them in the same powerscale as weak celestial exalts) in combat. Until their chakra runs out, as they would have less than a exalt.

The important thing to keep in mind though is that dragonbloods are as superhuman at everything as they are at combat. Ninja are basically just super martial artists/sorcerers. A dragonblood will be as far above ninja in every non violent aspect of society as ninja are above civilians in combat. This includes strategy, logistics and leadership.

Mortals also have higher xp cost, training times and tiny mote pools. Mortals also bleed to death rather easily from lethal damage without stopping to get medical care. Exalts can just decide to stop bleeding mid combat, are passively more durable, and round up when mortals round down.

That's a bad degree of qualification. You should compare them for effect and not by definition.

Minato is either low Beyond Kage or High Kage Level. If he was able to perfect the Resengan and the Hiraishin plans he had, then he would be squarely in Beyond Kage Level.

Kushina on the other hand is Elite Jonin due to what little canon info there is on her abilities. Wish Kishi worked on her more so I can have a better understanding.
