And UNIT comes from Doctor Who. And yes, Hellsing vamps can be pretty overpowered; especially Buffy as she dressed up as Seras Victoria (Alucard's childe).

Alucard could (he just didn't like it), the Valentine Brothers attacked during the day too if I am not mistaken. Rip van Winkle stood on the flight deck of a pocket carrier too, but she was drawn under a big umbrella so I can''t say if it counts or not. Honestly it looked that the more powerful you are, the less bothered by vamps weaknesses you are.

Unless someone dressed up as him during the Haloween Event - And I think we'd have noticed the walls of flesh sweeping the city, crushing buildings and devouring all in its path- it's extremely unlikely that Alucard is going to turn up at all.
