A sequel to the anime that follows on from the ambiguous cart scene featuring C.C. at the very end. It does not follow the lore established in the movies or later sequels.

Synopsis:
In the aftermath of the Zero Requiem, C.C. discovers something unexpected that casts doubt on what she thought she knew about Geass and its consequences. Searching for answers leads her to the remnants of an obscure Geass organisation that disappeared long ago. As she follows its trail, old allies are drawn back together while unrest spreads through a world still adjusting to the peace Lelouch left behind.
