What it says on the tin.
I have a lot of threads watched, and a lot of those are really active and thus often at the top of the list.

Filtering by last threadmark helps, but, at least in my case, that's still a lot of scrolling before finding something new unless I luck out on timing.

I know there's an "include ignored" option, so would "exclude watched" be feasible?
