Does this post violate Rule 8 in the "Silly Shenanigans on Spacebattles" thread?

I'm planning it to be the last post I make regarding The Second Archon War and its author, which I've ranted extensively about in the past:

The post that finally got me banned on SB. Without a chance to appeal.

I've already talked extensively about my issues with TSAW.

It had been up for at least six days before someone (or some people) finally took issue with it.

Apparently criticizing a story is "harassment" if it's a story written by a mod.

The author's response. Notably, he does not address or try to refute or justify the things I criticized, he just says "Get a hobby and stop slandering me".

Lying about him banning me? It had been years and since it was his thread, well, I'd assumed he'd done it. I did check and see that someone else whose name I can't access now because of my permaban was the one who TBed me.

But considering how angry he gets at criticism and his mod status, as outlined in the first linked post in the second line of this post, well...

I currently can't prove that FullParagon had other moderators thread ban people who criticized him to keep his hands clean, but I can't disprove it either.

"Asking for people to be tortured to death?" To avoid violating rule 8, in the leadup to the WWIII arc, I asked if the Tsaritsa would be willing to tolerate certain real-life traditions and documented historical behaviors in her nation's military forces. With the unspoken implication that it would be bad if she did.

Alas, apparently that is the same as advocating for it.

To avoid violating rule 8, instead of directly linking to those posts, search up my name in the thread https://forums.spacebattles.com/threads/the-second-archon-war-worm-genshin.1100340/, type my name into the "By:" Member" section of the search bar, look at my most recent posts, and decide for yourselves where not I was advocating for torture or generally in the wrong.

My main point is that people shouldn't be afraid to criticize a story if a moderator is writing it, nor should a moderator be able to intimidate critics into silence with threats of thread bans and beyond, especially if the things they are talking about are the same thing's the author was talking about (i.e., real life politics, events, and historical figures alive or dead) in the exact same thread
