E-Hentai links in threads, allowed or not under rule 3?

    As in the title, are E-Hentai links allowed under rule 3? E-Hentai offers torrents of many, but not all, doujins and art sets; but it also shows galleries. I've seen it ruled as not allowed two or three times in the NSFW Recommended Reading, but it would be good if we could get a specific statement.

    We've discussed it in staff area. We came to a conclusion.

    Any reader that offer a download option will NOT be allowed. As E-hentai offer download options, we thus will not allow link to it. If you guys want to refer to it, use a title and let the interested party search for it themselves.

    I never liked e-hentai in the first place, because of... I actually forgot whether they were the place with the sad panda, or the place with the forced VK login (a window that kept being forced even when I was already logged into VK in that browser, and which I never went through because I couldn't be sure that it won't put porn ads on my profile or something). But I definitely didn't like either.

    However, most of the links to that site that I recall having seen on QQ were along the lines of "that image over there is what I imagine this character to look like". How, exactly, do you intend such links to be vaguely referred to (short of maybe listing the URL without a link)? It just doesn't really work that way.

    Get the image, crop it, throw it up on imgur, or try to find it on another site, or mention a page number when you mention the title.

    Question: Is this limited to specifically linking to galeries/torrents from that site, or does it also include banning embedding images in posts if the embedded image is from E-Hentai?
