Email Notifications Not Working

When I get an alert I don't get an email about it. Is there any way to make sure I do? I've made sure multiple times that I have email notifications turned on.
 
Have you gotten E-mails from QQ before the server move on Sunday?

Only for some of my watched threads. For one of my watched threads I would get them. But for another I only got the first email notification, and them for like 5-6 updates afterward I didn't get anything, the only reason I noticed was that I got on QQ and I had a whole but of alerts.
 
I'd like to add I haven't received an email from QQ since August 4 and only just noticed.
