that depends; if I roll a perk that is too powerful too soon, I usually skip it.
I will say that the MC (the human) himself is not a true blindspot; he is as unassuming as every other parahuman [Arcane Blacksmith] makes sure of that.
In the worm verse, it is sometimes worse to be a blindspot; if the Simurgh can't see you but still your surroundings, you are basically a walking talking signal flare for all precogs.

And they probably all want to see you dead, because they don't need this kind of interference. So your general position will get nuked pretty soon.

The moon will become relevant at a later point in the story. The fragments will take around a year to arrive on earth naturely.

Yeah even a medium one will mess up the earth environment, so I think even if apocalypse didn't happen at least earth will be in widespread panic and have a semi apocalypse.

Not sure, the fragments broken off won't have the velocity of a meteor. This means more of the mass will survive to hit the planet, but won't detonate like a meteor when it hits. Most would probably stay in orbit to be honest, those that get pulled down would be less apocalypse and more natural disaster. My two cents.

The problem with that is they have to know you already exist, and thinkers are full of hubris. As a result the only exception really is ziz, and even then she can only see the past not the future in this scenario. (It's different if they KNOW you are a blindspot)

The MC is not a blind spot, and he can still be simulated and Precog's can still see him. What can't be seen is when he receives a perk, so shards will only simulate him with the powers that he currently has until he changes and gets another power.
I think you are confusing the reason why things are currently changing, its the dimensinal construct that is adding physics+ and magic that is making the shards go crazy. also [ARCANE BLACKSMITH] is predending to be a shard i'm pretty sure that was mentioned in chapter 1 from it's persepctive.

I was talking about the last sentence of your comment. also a blank wouldnt leave a gap in a simulation, it would create a wrong simulation where the blank just straight up doesnt exist.

Interesting start. Weird to use "u" instead of "you", but it's a minor thing. I like the use of pictures for tech and MC. Not something people usually do.

Kinda wish he went to the hospital instead and accidentally told people he has cooking powers. PRT would probably treat him as a displaced person from another earth and set him up, maybe, but that does lock you into their faction. I wonder who he'll run into next.

I look forward to reading more.

I don't like the way everyone speaks so formally. Nobody does that, and they don't even use casual inflections. Doesn't help that the prose is so stiff.
