I remain unclear about what happened to Tsamma to have Capellan occupation. Its rather deep inside the Federated Suns by my understanding.

Reference to Kittery Militia may be better expressed as their Home Guard which is what they call their planetary defence force.

I had to deep in the weeds because the only thing I ever found was Tsamma had a Capellan sympathetic government and Warrior House Ijori defeated the Dry River Devils on Tsamma because of Michael Hasek-Davion's political machinations
