Haven't found a generalized "I remember a story but can't find it now" thread, at least a non-lewd version, so here's one.

I'll start with a Sekirei fic where Minato went through Dark Souls and has just returned, where he went through the Dragon Covenant path but is now back to being his old baseline human self. His transformation item is weakened and the only reason he bothered with the Sekirei Plan is because he was under the impression the Wish might improve his transformation item before using it. It ends with him telling Minaka that the Jinki are absolutely worthless to him and using his transformation item after Minaka paralyzes him and talks about killing them all and restarting the Sekirei plan.

I remember Matsu asking is he still has his dick and he awkwardly has to check because he honestly doesn't know and never had to know before.

Been looking for it for hours, but my google-fu apparently isn't up to par at this time.

  3. What kind of story was it? A Quest, a web serial, a traditional fanfic, a Greentext from a site like 4Chan, a webcomic, a video/series on YouTube...?
  4. How popular was the story? The ability to sort a site's stories by views, posts, reviews, kudos or whatever can make it a lot easier to track down. So if a post was followed by two pages of comments and the TVtropes page had its own subpages then it'll be quite easy.
  5. Do you reckon you've read anything else from the same author? Additional fanfics from the same source material perhaps or something from a radically different genre.

Answering each question in turn:
  1. I found it on either TV Tropes, as stated above, or may-be SpaceBattles's or Sufficient Velocity's SI index thread…? Like I said, though, I might not be remembering this correctly.
  2. I remember seeing it some time last year.
  3. It's a traditional fanfic, AFAICR.
  4. I have no idea. I only saw the one mention of it though, so perhaps not very popular?
  5. I don't remember who wrote this story, so I couldn't say if I've read anything else by them.

I like this idea, and I have one to add to the mix.
This was a crossover of the MCU and X-men, although I don't remember what titles where actually used in the posting. It's featured characters were Hawkeye, Coulson, Wolverine and Squirrel-Girl (maybe adding in Black Widow or others from AoS, but not sire if I'm confussing it with other stories). The basic premise was SHIELD attempting to bring-in/recruit Squirrel-girl without understanding that her powers were more than just a few physical enhancements. It featured a rather funny scene with Clint figuring out just how much trouble he was in and developing a nasty fear of rodents.

1] Pretty sure it was on FFN, but not a 100% on that. It was the only site I was regularly visiting at the time.
2] ??? Before Winter Soldier came out, but after Avengers #1.
3] A traditional fanfic.
4] Can't honestly say, I really didn't pay much attention.
5] Sadly can't answer that either. It was rather good, but not super-good. Good enough that I remember it in it's basics.

Hopefully, someone can help here, I've been looking for it for a while now.

No luck so far. What I tried (just on fanfiction.net)
1) Searching regular Avengers fics with Clint as a character, sorted by favorites. No Squirriel Girl and no Doreen in the story descriptor for any story with 100+ favorites.
2) Searching regular Avengers fics with Phil Coulson, rest the same.
3) Searching Avengers/Marvel by favorites
4) Searching Avengers/X:Men the Movie
5) Searching straight Wolverine and the X:men, plus a few other crossovers.
6) Avengers/X:Men by favorites.
7) Agents of Shield by favorites
8) Agents of Shield/X-men the Movie
9) Agents of Shield/Avengers.

I think your story will be under Marvel, either straight Marvel or some Marvel crossover. Orrrr the author just didn't list Squirrel Girl/Doreen in the title/story descriptor, which would be dumb. Zero luck with google searches. OR it is in a regular Avengers fic, but neither Clint nor Phil are tagged in the major characters section.

Yeah, tried all of that. I'm afraid it got taken down, but it wasn't even a teen rating and didn't even have cussing in it, so unless the author got mad at something and took it down, I can't see why it would have been.
Either that or it wasn't even on FFN, although at the time that was the only site I went to on a regular basis.
I'm really hoping someone else knows about it. I remember Clint running like mad and having to dive into a van before squirrels ate him (they ARE omnivorous rodents after all) and someone making snarky comments, so I'm not sure if Widow was involved or if it was one of Coulson's team, and Sitwell was involved somehow, but I think it was just Coulson talking about a case at a diner or something. :confused:
 
I am now looking for something that was brought up in the comment section of a I believe translated Chinese novel or korean that has 3 possessive characters chasing after the heroine and the heroine said fuck off to them.

Anyway, where is that scene from? I don't think it's beware of the villainous but it might be relevant to my interests because god damn I have no idea why people find the possessive cold mother fucking male leads to be acceptable love interests to a female lead when they don't care about her opinion in the matter.

So because of that I try to find stories where said "heroine" tells them to fuck off for my angsty face slapping revenge for the authors who use possessive characters.

So I hope that image is part of a comic, I think it's a manhwa.

Looking for a fanfic where Raynare decided to extract Issei's sacred gear instead of stabbing him with a lightspear only to end up with Issei taking over her body.

I just remembered there was a fic like that and I didn't know if it was good or not and that bugs me.

Description: I don't remember all of it but what I do remember is that it started with a young (pre-canon)FemNaru playing around with bugs and nature chakra and the result is the bugs slowly mutating, their (relatively) increased intelligence put FemNaru into a state of reverence. The Aburme were beginning to investigate before the story ran out of chapters.
Chapter count: It's been a while (years) so it could have been updated, but last I checked and remember <10 chapters total
Word count: Maybe somewhere between 5~30k words? I know it's a large range, but I remember that it wasn't a one shot, and that the chapters weren't to long. And again it could have been updated since then

I'm looking for any and all fanfics with Ingenue from Worm.

I know there were a couple here but I can't find them now. It was a couple years ago.

There was one SI villain fic where the SI picked up Ingenue as a sidekick that intrigued me. I KNOW I saw it here...

But barring that, any Worm fics with Ingenue, or any kind of political intrigue or Master/Stranger powers would also be welcome.

It was a Worm fic with an SI who I believe had a few powers (I believe one was self-biokinesis, another was infinite energy generation). He cosplayed as All Might from MHA. Remember their was a PHO chapter with someone wondering about if their was a United States of Smash move
 
Looking for a Star Wars story.
Both Vader and Palpy were Self inserts, and they both had a hate-on for inequalities. Got a little preachy, but a good story nonetheless.

Got another request. I remember a just-starting story. Warhammer 40 K, but set Just before they got scatttered. One of the Primarchs was a SI, placed there by the Emperor. The SI/reincarnated managed to attract a Custode, and use Morse code to warn of the coming attack. The custodes quickly set up a defense, and that's where it ends. Site: no clue.

Another Request: I remember reading an Eva Fic where they were having a Christmas party. Rei was director of Nerv/a scientist, and her meat substitute apparently failed. Cue giant Turkey monster that needed an Eva to kill. They killed it by deep frying it in about a billion gallons of bio-oil. The person who killed it: Asuka's mom in her Eva.

There was a story I read a while ago where the MC was either an SI or an OC-I. Initially the story took place in a setting I can't remember/couldn't recognize at the time, but eventually he ended up going to Harry Potter, Fate/Stay Night, and then Sailor Moon (in that order, but possibly with other stops in between). At the end of the F/SN section of the story, he pissed off a dragon and got cursed into a form of the cat, which he spent the majority/entirety of the Sailor Moon section of the fic stuck in. IIRC he ended up taking the role of Ami's Mandatory Magical-Girl Mascot?

So, unfortunately I can't remember much to fill in the 5 bullet points, but...

1 - Either SV or SB I think?
2 - I cannot recall when I read it. Maybe 2019 or 2020? I think it was already at least a year finished/dead by the time I found it, though.
3 - Traditional fanfic, along the lines of an SI Jumpchain.
4 - No clue, sorry.
5 - I genuinely cannot recall anything about the author, and being a Jumpchain the style was fairly generic and hard to attribute to a specific individual.

That'd be LordsFire's SI series, though I don't have a link to the start at the moment.

Found the Sailor Moon bit quick enough, though. He may have it posted over on FFNet or something too, I didn't go looking.

For me, this is the main reason why I can be interested not only in the plot but in the whole picture as a whole. But now all my hobbies have faded into the background. Now I'm preparing for a presentation on black lives matter https://edubirdie.com/examples/black-lives-matter/ And I found a source that became my inspiration. I discovered new ideas and it made this quest easier for me.

Hopefully, someone can help here, I've been looking for it for a while now.

Ah, I think I found it. It's called "The Dragon Covenant" by Kynara and can be found on fanfiction.net.
