HWI 600: Final Chapter(Version 1) New
Hollywood What If Chapter 600 (Final Chapter)

VERSION 1

"Yippee!!"

A young girl excitedly jumped out of a limousine, followed by a young boy. The two were twins, and they almost had the same appearance, except one was a boy and the other was a girl.

The two kids were holding brand-new toys in their hands as they entered their house.

Kazir chuckled as he stepped out of the limousine. He opened the door for Scarlett, and the couple smiled at each other.

The twins were now 2 years and 9 months old. There was never a time when the house was quiet because of the two. Yet, despite their mischievous antics, the couple still loved their children very much.

"Kids, don't run around. You might trip."

While holding hands with Scarlett, Kazir called out to his children, who were happily running into the house. They sat down in the living room and began opening the boxes. Each kid had two expensive toys.

It had been a week since the release of The Avengers. Kazir and Scarlett decided to take their kids to watch the movie. The kids were super happy when they left the theater. They started asking their parents for toys, and Kazir had no choice but to pamper them. His family was always his soft spot.

The Avengers was the most awaited movie of the MCU in the past few years. Every movie of the MCU would intersect with The Avengers. So, when the seven-day screening grossed over $270 million, no one was surprised. Especially since the director was none other than Kazir Grey.

Everyone could see that The Avengers would gross over $1 billion without a problem. Even international audiences were excited about the movie, the international box office grossed over $218 million in just seven days of screening.

In just 7 days, The Avengers had grossed over $418 million. It was a massive achievement. It was the fastest-grossing movie of all time, as of now. Kazir always delivered, and everyone who benefited from him would agree with that.

As for Lucasfilm, before of Kazir's intervention, no one still acquired this studio.

"Kids, let's eat first before you play with your toys. It's getting dark now. You don't want to sleep late," Kazir said to his kids.

"Fine."

The twins reluctantly put down their toys. The family ate a hearty dinner.

Their daily activities were monotonous and almost repetitive, but Kazir placed great importance on them. He knew that one day, his kids would grow up and have their own families. So he wanted to cherish every moment he had with them.

He was happy. Truly happy. He had achieved happiness. He might still experience hardship, but he knew he could overcome it. He had a reason now. He felt fulfilled.

After a few hours of playing with their toys, the kids grew tired and fell asleep on the couch. Kazir sighed, while Scarlett giggled at the kids' lovable sleeping posture.

Kazir turned off the lights in the living room. He also turned off the lamp that shone bright yellow.

He carried the twins. They were getting heavy now, and he knew there would come a day when he couldn't carry them anymore.

"Goodnight."

He placed them in their bed while Scarlett tucked them in. The couple gave them forehead kisses before leaving the room.

Kazir and Scarlett looked at each other and shared a passionate kiss.

"So, the kids are getting older now… I was wondering, how about another one?"

"Babe," Scarlett giggled, but she didn't answer. Instead, she hugged his arm as they walked to their bedroom. As for what happened after that, Kazir could say that it was amazing.

The End.

As for Lucasfilm, 20th Century Fox acquired the studio this year and Kazir would keep his promise.

However, before they could leave, the lamp in the living room started flickering.

Kazir turned around and tilted his head.

"Babe, return to our room first. I'll just turn off the lamp," Kazir said to Scarlett.

"Okay, I'll wait for you."

Kazir nodded and approached the lamp.

"Strange, I thought I already turned it off."

As he got closer, he took a serious look at the lamp and realized something. His eyes slowly widened and...

The End.

Hollywood What If: Afterword

First of all, I want to say thank you for everything.

For those people who know the context of the strange lamp, this is my last plot twist. It depends on you what ending you want. As for me, of course, I chose Version 1.

I wrote the first chapter of this novel on March 11, 2023. At first, Hollywood What If was just supposed to be a side project, as I had two other novels I wanted to focus on. But things changed, and HWI became my main focus.

From March 11, 2023, to June 3, 2025, this novel took 815 days to complete. Based on that number, I really messed up my writing schedule, and for that, I apologize. There were many reasons why I struggled to finish this novel.

First is ideas. I had a hard time writing the second half of the novel because I lacked inspiration. You can even notice it in the last few chapters, my brain just couldn't come up with any more scenes or topics to explore. I had already written every interesting plot I could think of. On top of that, I had resolved everything on Kazir's trauma list. I believe there was no reason to expand the story any further.

Second is the genre. Hollywood What If is fanfiction based on Hollywood and celebrities. Because of that, I had difficulty writing characters with depth. I didn't want to get into trouble. That was the biggest reason I struggled with this novel. The genre itself, Hollywood fanfiction, limited me and held me back. I couldn't go all out with my creativity, and that made me frustrated. So for my next novel, I want to create better characters and a better plot, without any constraints.

Third is procrastination and depression but let's not dwell on that part. Many people are going through the same thing anyway.

Now, some of you might ask, "Why don't you write another Hollywood fanfiction based on real people?"

It's very simple: Writing fanfiction based on real people is tough. It's not for me.

If I say this is fanfiction and has a different plot from real life, would you believe me?

Furthermore, the character interactions felt bland, which I admit was my fault. Deep down, I just couldn't write sincere or authentic interactions between Kazir and real-life celebrities. It didn't sit well with me and felt uncomfortable.

However, despite all these mixed emotions, I have no regrets about writing this novel. The hours and late nights I spent working on it mean a lot to me. I spent more than two years finishing this story, and I feel proud to have completed it.

For now, I'm staying away from fanfiction. I'm not completely closing the door, especially if I get desperate for money (which I often do), but I admit that fanfiction just isn't for me.

I want to thank all of you who followed and supported this novel, especially my Patrons. If not for you, this story might never have reached its ending. Let's be honest here, the biggest reason I kept writing and pushing the plot forward was because you gave me financial support. Your contributions helped me finish this novel.

Because of your support, I've been able to help fix our house. I now pay almost all of the bills, it gives me anxiety, not going to lie. I also helped my brother get into college. He's in his third year now, by the way. And for that, thank you so much. I truly appreciate all of your help. You literally changed my life.

If there's one thing I regret, it's the fact that this novel might be forgotten now that it's complete. Please recommend it to your friends if you think it's worth sharing.

Also, I'm currently working on two new novels:

Behind The Spotlight – An original story set in Hollywood, but not fanfiction.

Reincarnated as a Fisherman and Dad – A slice-of-life story about a fisherman who works to provide for his wife and two children. It's wholesome content.

Please give them a try and add them to your reading lists, collections, and favorites. It really helps, more numbers attract more readers. I'd appreciate it if you did that.

Once again, thank you for everything. Thank you for helping me finish Hollywood What If. I've now left a legacy in this world, one that people will never forget.

I'm not afraid to die.
