Decided to make this thread after not finding another thread like ghis to find this imo niche type of fiction in general.

Share and recommend Kingdom/Empire building fiction, whatever the type they may be.

Japanese guy finds two-way portal to medieval land in his house. Foods and organic stuff he brings provide super nutrients and can grant Captain America levels of strength. Grows town, just started dealing with larger polity.

-[NSFW] Life Of Bolton: Evil Hidden - Nisiris
SI into Domeron Bolton before start of ASOIAF. Not super evil, for a Bolton.

-[NSFW] Sexy Sect Babes (Xianxia) - Bluemuffin
Dimensional "Canary"-type miner trapped in a Xianxia RSM furry world. Builds up a town while people think he's a hidden master. Gets caught up in politics.

-[NSFW] Trapped in a NEW Universe, but still on a Porn World [Multi-Cross][Inspired Inventor-Lite] - PsylentFox
Sequel to one in the ME universe (though ME didn't play a huge role). Some landmines in terms of the tags depending on your interests. MC is SI into a furry in the battletech universe, brings a lot of super tech but has to deal with growing influence.

Gamer hermit starts protecting people and things snowball a bit. Gamer system leads to some different developments.

-[NSFW] Odyssey of a Mage: Exodus (Harry Potter) - mosefboombox117
Part three in a huge story with SI sent into HP back shortly before WW2. Skimming is probably required in first 15 threadmarks of the first part because author gets lost in worldbuilding, philosophy, and other stuff. Starts as a kid but by part three he's already done economic empire building, WW2 and is now doing actual empire building (sculpting an asteroid into magi-tech Atlantis, growing populace, setting up government, international political intrigue).

Youjo Senki insert into mandalorian daughter of satine shortly before the clone wars. So it isn't the MCs empire yet. Focuses on growing resources, learning about universe, developing political ideology, and stabilizing sector while growing an economic empire in the background. Insert doesn't have future knowledge of universe so only cheat is her experiences in past lives leading troops, HR, and political savvy which are very impressive for a young girl.

SI into trusting communal species just before they encounter humanity. More uplift than kingdom building so far if I'm remembering right though MC is a prince. Last update was a bit ago.

- The Logistics of Good Living (ASOIAF, Brandon Stark SI) - Karmic Acumen
What it says on the tin. Also more uplift, but has seeds for kingdom building (he's next in line for warden of the north IIRC). Last update like 6 months ago but with the story length could be struggles with ideas and editing.

Lewd sections of story on SB. SI into Stormlander house in Westeros after the dance of dragons (Baelor the blessed is still a kid). SI develops his lands, deals with politics, and has territory relatively close to the dornish border.
