In my quest to ensure that myself, or anyone else preceeding me does not step on a proverbial landmine, I seek the knowledge of the mod team.

To my understanding, Loli/Shota content, at least in written form, is allowable in QQ as it is not illegal in the U.S.(At least to my knowledge.).

Furthermore, I ask clarification about the following point.

*In Universe Age of Concent - Specifically, if lewding is allowed if they are under the in-universe AoC.

To my knowledge its allowed under Rule 3 as it is indisputibly fiction, but wanted the clarification as it is not explicitly stated. I'd rather it be stated as allowable or not rather than someone find out the hard way it is not.

No, what I mean specifically is thus;
In-Universe Age of Concent of whatever universe you're writing in is 18. Then you lewd a character who is like 16 or younger. Someone who is not "Of age" in their home universe essentially. Also someone who is considered a loli. We have legal lolis, characters who are look underaged but are not, but also of the "regular lolis".

The site does not ban any content that's legal under US law.

(if you really tried you could probably find a way to make a story break one of the site rules, rule 1 or rule 8 would be possible, but you won't run into that by accident.)
