looking for an old manga

anyone would be willing to help me find this manga?

Its a shounen one, its about a vampire who is the lord of a small country, he was killed hundreds of years ago my a mob and presently his castle is something that's being studied. A Professor and his daughter end being embroiled on some sort of dark cult stuff and she accidentally spills her blood over the ashes of the vampire.
Resurrecting him.

The guy is a bit of an asshole. I remember he had black hair and wore a purple longcoat.

There are vampires and they fight very differently to the MC. Because the MC was raised by humans and "real" vampires fight in an animalistic way.

Are you sure its not Hellsing? Very similar plot.
