Been 24 hours, so should be fine.
Anyways, another idea I really like is Yuuki being the reincarnation of the Hollow Knight, from the game with the same name.
The idea I'm having is that the Hollow Knight, after the player character fights and kills them, reincarnates into Yuuki. Yuuki grows up relatively timid and withdrawn, kinda different from canon. He still gets drawn into Mato like in canon, except this time he's with a couple of class fellows. His instincts as the Hollow Knight kick in, and he proceeds to open up a can of whoopass on the Shuuki, but without the powers of a Peach he's unable to do any permanent damage to the Shuuki, at most being able to injure them. Kyouka arrives in the nick of time to rescue them, but even she slowly gets overwhelmed. As a last ditch maneuver, she claims Yuuki as her slave, and the Hollow Knight arises once more.
My main thoughts here are that the Hollow Knight, unlike in canon, doesn't really want the same erotic rewards. His wants are much...purer. He wants acknowledgment, approval. When Kyouka gently stroked his cheek and told him that he did well, he broke down into tears, so overwhelmed he was with emotion.
Another thing is that this Yuuki isn't as readily accepting of being a slave as in canon. Not because he's opposed to it, but because he fears being reduced to another mindless killing machine, an empty Vessel to be used and discarded. That Kyouka is so kind to him, that she's so gentle and comforting, always ensuring she has his consent, always assuring him of his worth...it is...something he never realized he wanted so badly. Kyouka didn't just get a new slave then, she earned his loyalty, for as long as he would draw breath.
In turn, he's a lot more reluctant to be lent out. It takes a while for him to trust the 7th Division enough that he's willing to be lent to them, and Ren nearly shatters that fragile trust when she forces Kyouka to lend him to her. The scene for that reward session I have in mind is that Ren's forced to apologize to both Kyouka and Yuuki, but Yuuki refuses her apology and calls her out for how thoughtless she'd been—which coincidentally kicks off her own character development as she's forced to realize how dangerous her arrogance was becoming.
Ironically, it's Tenka who helps fix some of the damage Ren left behind—her admitting that she's fine waiting for Yuuki to be ready to be lent, even if that day may never come, it makes him comfortable around her. He's willing to trust her, right behind Kyouka.
Also, I like the idea that Kyouka's supremely protective of Yuuki, and so are the rest of the 7th. Mostly because they've had to carry out his rewards, and they've noticed how desperately he craves affection that a simple hug and a few kind words are all that's needed to repay him for risking life and limb. Aoba ends up approving of the girls when Yuuki shows how much he trusts Kyouka—enough that he's willing to speak up against her. Enough that Kyouka's willing to listen to him.
Also also, I really like the idea that a major Mato mishap endangers a major population centre, with Yuuki deploying alongside the rest of the 7th in rescue and relief attempts, and Yuuki ending up earning both a medal and major respect during that operation for sticking around until he had to be explicitly ordered to leave, working through a literal crippling and the worst injuries of any of the MDF on site. Ultimately, while they had to abandon the city, Yuuki's efforts allowed them to rescue a significantly larger population than they'd expected. His efforts, in fact, are noted to be the almost at the same level as Ren's own.
