My Ford won’t turn over.

It's a 2004 Ford Freestar. Smarter people than me suggested it might be an anti theft issue.

I just replaced the spark plugs, spark plug wires, battery, and ignition coils.

When I turn the key it gives me a loud click and doesn't start. It started just fine before so I don't think the starter solenoid is bad. It also gave the same loud click when I removed the relay for the starter.

I will say I think this is like one of the worst places to ask for help on car problems.

But my first thought is that it might possibly be an engine misfire. At which point it's a lost cause and not worth the effort of either buying a new engine or taking apart the one you already have and rebuilding it.

Second thought, check the connecters. Maybe there's a bad connection somewhere.

That's all I can think of at the moment. If you want to look for better help with this check a car forum site. Cause as I said before asking for help on this on a primarily fanfic site isn't the best option
