Signing up to the forum with one of these addresses will result in your verification E-mail never arriving. For best results, please use a different E-mail provider for your QQ address.
  • For prospective new members, a word of warning: don't use common names like Dennis, Simon, or Kenny if you decide to create an account. Spammers have used them all before you and gotten those names flagged in the anti-spam databases. Your account registration will be rejected because of it.

Hello, hello!
Sorry for the bother, but it seems like a friend of mine can not receive his verification email for his account. He's double checked the spam folder, tried both his mail email and his alt, and tried multiple times, but nothing seems to work.
Anyway something could be done for him? Not posting account or email to avoid trouble, but I have the account name ready.
Edit: apparently needs the username anyway, so:

Last time I saw a thread like this, it turned out there was a mix-up between QQ (the Chinese social networking services giant) and Questionable Question. Did you double check that already? I can't help you if it's a problem here, but I can prompt that.
 
Same here. I can login through my phone but not my pc. It asks me to enter the verification code sent to my email but there isn't one.

I mean, he's shown me a screenshot of him being connected to his account on Questionable Questing, though if you're speaking of an email mix up, I couldn't tell you.

You might want to provide your friends' username for ultima333 and Alethiophile to look at.

Please check the url for both the phone log in and the PC log in.

Are they same?
