QQ survival in case of internet censorship?

I can't exactly go into detail without violating the no politics rule, but I have very strong reason to believe that multiple forms of internet censorship are going to come into effect in the USA in 2025 and beyond. What plans have been made and measures and precautions taken to ensure QQ survives and remains uncensored if the worst should come to pass?

Where is QQ hosted? Are there backups in data centers outside the US to restore from should the physical location of the host servers be raided? Stuff like that.

Internet censorship might be one of the least of my personal concerns given what's likely to happen to healthcare, but these are still good questions to ask all the same.
