Question about continuing a quest after a hiatus.

So it's been a bit over a month since I was able to update my quest. Life got crazy and I injured my hand so wasn't able to write. However now that things are back to a sense of normalcy I was finally able to write the next post for it. So I was just wondering if I could post it without issue, or if I had to go through some process before doing so? Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I figured it was better to be safe then sorry so that I don't break rule 7.
 
QM posting an update counts as "significant new content." So it doesn't violate Rule 7.
