Might I suggest just straight-up saying in the rule that it doesn't apply to stories? People being worried about stories getting dinged for Rule 8 has been a perennial issue, and TTBOMK there's been no actual problem with people doing what you fear.I'm inclined to extend a strong benefit of the doubt to stories themselves regarding Rule 8 concerns. Unless you're actually trying to use a story as an excuse to start a political shitstorm, I don't think it'll be a problem.
The rules thread itself notes the lack of content restrictions as a key part of QQ's mission; when you impose what appears to be such a restriction, it not only creates a chilling effect driving stories away that tackle serious issues*, but risks undermining QQ's main draw for new writers - that of not having to worry about getting in the shit for their writing.
Please.
*And yes, porn stories can fall into this category. Much of the Monster Girl Encyclopaedia mythos, for instance, engages with some of the points of contention in the modern culture war, what with the inherent racial tensions and the various messing around with sexual dynamics and consent.
