Recently I have a lot of time on my hands and have returned back to my old PS4 to waste time, however, there are so many options to choose from that I don't know where to start...so I've come here to ask the more knowledgeable people on what PS4 games they can recommend. Thanks.

PS: First Forum site registration and posting, so go easy on me :p

Well, some more if you gave some more information about your preferences in regards to things like genre and types of gameplay, we'd probably be able to come up with some recommendations tailored to your tastes. Some generalized recommendations from me though...

Ace Combat 7: fairly fast-paced, arcadey air combat with a decent story. Some story elements make more sense if you've played some previous games in the series, 4 and 5 in particular.

Batman: Arkham series: Open-world games where you get to be the goddamn Batman.

Spiderman: Heavily inspired by the aforementioned Arkham series, but with Spidey instead of The Bat.

Persona 5: JRPG with dating sim elements. Persona 5 Royal is an updated rerelease with some new content that comes out in a little over a week.

Stardew Valley: Heavily inspired by Harvest Moon/ Rune Factory, but has some more mature themes. Inherit the family farm and rebuild it, go dungeoncrawling, seduce waifus and husbandos.

Farming Simulator 19: Tend fields, raise livestock, relaxing and strangely addictive. Lacks waifus and husbandos, but has a large selection of equipment that is only increased by modding support, though modding on consoles is a bit limited compared to the PC version.

Thanks for the reply, as for preferences I really don't have any, I usually pick a game and start playing, but that was mostly on ps3, when I went onto ps4 I only played Destiny 1 ....was pretty addicted to it too.

Out of the games you mentioned Persona 5 is the only game type I have no experience on, the others are similar to the games I've played on ps3, Deus Ex: Human Revolution, all of the God of Wars games before ps4, and JASF, which is an air combat game but not that fast-paced.

I'm definitely interested in Persona 5, I keep hearing about Persona series and whatnot but never got the chance to look into it.

I will look into the gameplays and wait for other suggestions to see which game I should spend money on.

Thanks for the recommendation.

I recommend Bloodborne, because why not, it fits the mood.

More seriously, Horizon Zero Dawn is another great game, and Sekiro is amazing once you get the hang of it.

Some games that are pretty good, shadow of the colossus, Okami, the Atelier series, The Caligula Effect overdose, all of the Final Fantasy series from 7 to 15 outside of 11. Gravity rush, Yakuza, and Fist of the North star paradise lost to name a few.

I would second Horizon Zero Dawn

Have you tried any of the Uncharted games? They are pretty great if you like something Tomb Raider-esque. Personally I think the Uncharted series managed to become better 'Tomb raiding' games than any Tomb Raider game ever did.

The Last of Us ps4 remaster by the same company has also gotten a lot of praise. And it's on sale right now on the PS Store

Detroit Become Human, if you ever tried Heavy Rain on ps3 and liked it. If you haven't tried it, Heavy Rain got remastered for ps4 and can be had pretty cheap. Both are also on sale right now.

God of War 2017
Witcher 3
Red Dead Redemption 2
to name a few

I used to spend countless hours on my PS4, immersed in the latest video games and battling it out with friends online. However, recently I discovered Winward Casino and I haven't looked back since. The wide variety of games available at Winward Casino, from slots to table games, offers me a new and exciting challenge every time I log on. Also, the convenience of playing on a website https://winward.casinologin.mobi/ when I can play from the comfort of my own home is simply unbeatable. Not to mention, the potential for big wins adds an extra thrill to each gameplay session. While I still have a soft spot for my PS4, there's something about the thrill of online casino gaming that keeps me coming back for more. Whether it's testing my luck on a slot machine or competing against other players at the virtual poker table, Winward Casino has become my go-to gaming destination for all things fun and entertaining.
