[RWBY] RWBY Shorts

I will always be a sucker for Willow getting love, no matter the form. (As long as you don't make it squicky.)
I believe you had a prompt somewhere where Willow runs away to Radian and lives with the Arcs in secret?
She can see Magic, and she sees the Grimm as they actually are. Which is pretty terrifying.
So she'll immediately identify Cinder for what she is then? Also, what exactly do you imagine she sees when she looks at Grimm? And how exactly does this sight look for normal things, what are its limitations and strengths?
Cinder
" No I'm going cold turkey on evil plans and you will not tempt me"
I love the implication that her evil schemes are an addiction.

Never Do Docking Again! New
Also... I'm imagining Penny, Ruby and Nora at some point wanting to do this combo move:

View: https://youtu.be/yoZrvhOXDcs

With Ren and Jaune as the legs.

Penny: "YES! TOGETHER WE ARE THE COMBINED SUPER FIGHTING ROBOT... BIG EMPRESS!"

Nora: "AH! PENNY! ARM LEFT HASN'T DOCKED YET!"

Penny: "WHAT?!"

Ruby: As Penny's Right arm, holding onto her arm tightly with arms and legs while holding Crescent Rose "Quickly! Pyrrha! Join us!"

Nora: "Yes, join us!"

Jaune and Ren are holding Penny up and looking deeply embarrassed.

Pyrrha: "... No."

Ruby, Nora and Penny: "..."

Pyrrha: "It's disgraceful to my pride as a human being."

Ruby, Nora and Penny: "DISGRACEFUL?!"

Pyrrha: "It's disgraceful to my pride as a human being."

Ruby, Nora and Penny: "SHE SAID IT AGAIN!"

Jaune: sighs in relief

Ren: Same

Caffeine doesn't work on him, it actually saps his energy, don't know why.
That commonly comes with ADHD or other forms of neurodivergence, I have it too, but to a lesser extent. I don't get exhausted, but I lose a lot of my nervous energy and have a much easier time focusing.

Guys, I think I just fell in love all over again.

I have a prompt for Halloween. Well two prompts, but that's besides the point.

- the statue out side of beacon isn't an ancestors of jaune, but a statue of jaune himself. Turns out he is the immortal originator of the arc clan. He was accidentally released from his tomb and came to beacon for to find something. The reason he is so weak and doesn't know about aura, is because he hasn't fed in ages and is from the time before aura.

- the arc clan never existed, or to be more accurate, they no longer exists. They were all hunted down long before anyone even heard about them, before they were even called arc. Now it is just a front used by the creatures who slayed them, to get more prey. Jaune is just the latest in a long line of monsters to use that name.

Another Arc Clan idea: Thomas and Harry Arc

Harry Blackstone Arc
-Appearance
—Harry is a very tall man, slightly over seven feet, with dark hair, who usually comes across as lanky and awkward, avoiding eye contact and generally not standing to his full height. When pushed however, he will stand up straight and becomes a very imposing figure.
-Personality
—Harry is typically a calm and easygoing man, though very careful with his aura-granted strength, and that carries over to when he isn't using aura as well. He is clever and educated, always curious and seeking to learn, and shockingly paranoid when preparing against threats. (His home is reinforced with aura and dust to the point that there are more fragile bunkers)
-Semblance: Resonance
—Resonance allows Harry to create connections between items and people based on how strong the relationship is, which he can then use to produce a variety of effects. The connection can come from something physical, such as hair or blood from a person or a chip of concrete from a building, or something important to the target, such as a longtime weapon like Crescent Rose. If using a piece of something it must be worked into an effigy of his target for maximum effect, and the more fidelity the more potent the effects available to him. For example, a generic straw doll would be less effective than a more accurate model of his target. Once he creates a connection he can use it to track his target or invoke an effect on his target. Striking the effigy would cause the target to feel an impact, binding it with rope would restrict the targets movement-blood and an accurate effigy allow for less physical bindings such as binding aura, and anything else he can think of. Dust may also be used to produce elemental effects.
-Equipment (I can't think of names, feel free to suggest some)
—He wears no traditional armor, but has a leather duster jacket with dust-forged steel and its own dust infusions to fireproof, weatherproof, and anything else he could manage.
—Harry primarily uses a staff as a focus for dustcasting, but is also capable with it in melee combat. He is a master of fire dust, but also wields ice and gravity as well.
—He also has a revolver with dust rounds and of a high enough caliber to break the wrist of anyone without aura. He has no mecha-shift technology because of bad experiences with it failing in the field when it was newer.
-He also inherited true Arc family aura reserves, though to a lesser degree than Jaune, and is infamous for winning many fights after his aura breaks.
-While Harry is an excellent hunter and warrior, he spends most of his free time studying dust, trying to understand what exactly it is, how it works, and why it does what it does. He also works on infusing dust into materials to give it unique effects, and uses his equipment to field test the materials.
-Harry rarely takes on traditional hunter missions, instead usually tracking down criminals like the White Fang or Mercury, or taking on particularly threatening individual Grimm like Behemoths.
-Knows about the Salem-Oz conflict and hates them both.
-Does not and will never wear a hat.

Thomas Arc
-Appearance
—Thomas is moderately tall man, though not as tall as his brother, and is best described as a blonde prettyboy.
-Personality
—Thomas is an extremely social individual, always looking to meet new people, but guards his innermost self carefully, only showing it to those he trusts most. When in conflict he is ruthless and manipulative, running rings around his opponents.
-Semblance: (Not sure what to call it)
—Thomas's semblance has two components: the first is a mental manipulation ability, the second lets him drain strength from others and use it himself. The mental aspect has an always-on component that magnifies attraction to him. If you think he's intriguing, he's now absolutely fascinating. If you think he's hot, he's now irresistible. If you aren't attracted to him at all, nothing happens. When actively used, he can influence the emotions of those around him, make them lower their guard, and by tapping into his stored reserves, temporarily enthrall individuals. The physical aspect lets him drain strength from a target, including aura, which he then stores. Draining enough from a target at once can kill them, but their aura must be fully depleted first. He can use his stored energy to either enhance his mental abilities or physical ones, making him much stronger faster and more agile While also healing him, with all effects proportional to how much stored power he spends.
-Equipment
—Wears a tailored suit enhanced by his brother to the point it can take low to mid-caliber rounds.
—Has a pair of dust injector knives made by his brother, which are almost always concealed on his person.
—Is absolutely covered in concealed throwing knives, which use dust for various effect. (Gravity for massive weight, air for tracking and speed, ice to hamper mobility, etc.)
-Like his brother, rarely takes on normal hunting missions, instead specializing in infiltration and manipulation.
-Knows about the Salem-Oz conflict and pities them both.
-Not widely known, as that would hinder his ability to infiltrate, meaning Harry occasionally takes credit for his deeds.
-Constantly giving his brother hats, from basic fedora to Gil's hat from Girl Genius.

Feel free to use this, and I welcome any questions, advice on neatening this wall of text, suggestions for anything here, and especially name ideas.

I had a madlad idea.

Jimmy goes waaaaaaaay off the rails after finding out Salem was made immortal by the gods so he comes up with the most autistic solution possible.

He uses the staff and wishes for it to make a new god. Specifically he asks it to turn Penny into a god. Since she'll listen to him.

But uh he's unaware of one tiny side effect.

Even if someone uses the staff again Penny will still be a god. Because as soon as she became one she became self sustaining.

Jimmy goes waaaaaaaay off the rails after finding out Salem was made immortal by the gods so he comes up with the most autistic solution possible.
It says a lot of things about me that my brain immediately went to trains, dinosaurs or dragons. In that order might I add.

Jaune Arc, Single Father 12 New
I did have the thought of any of the Huntresses going full Yor over Mia in the Jaune Arc, Single Father timeline.

View: https://youtu.be/lAnKmZRxfyY

Though Pyrrha, Ruby and Weiss are the most likely to make such a mistake.

Pyrrha: "HOW DARE YOU KIDNAP MIA, YOU PERVERT! SHE'S TOO YOUNG FOR MARRIAGE!"

Jaune: "They're trying to marry her off?!"

White Fang: "N-NO! WE JUST KIDNAPPED HER BECAUSE-!"

Weiss: "Blake? Do you know any methods of torture for a creepy perverted pedophile trying to sell sweetie little Mia into sex slavery?"

Blake: blazing eyes "Several."

White Fang: "N-NO, WE WEREN'T-!"

Yang: grins and slams her fists together "Let's go through them in alphabetical order."

Nora: "I call his balls! That'll be 'B'!"

Ren: "No, you save those for last."

Ruby: sadistic grin "We can just cut off one to start!"

White Fang: THESE PEOPLE ARE CRAZY!

-Jaune is tasked with creating a Haunted House for Beacon's Halloween Festival and Ruby's birthday. Everyone thinks it will be lame but Jaune's got a trick or two up his sleeves...

Blake gets locked in a kitchen pantry of the haunted house and luckily it's full of tuna, except......

THERE'S NO CAN OPENER!

Yang gets locked at the garage... Where a camera footage of Cardin is shown taking a Bumblebee look-a-like motorcycle and then doing nefarious things to it. At least, according to Yang.

They are following the road safety, letting speedy cars passed by without turning it into a race, and the worst of all... Allowing Bumblebee look-a-like to be full gas. Yang looks on horror at the gas price that Cardin paid.

So not quite a gamer idea but a bit similar?

As a hunter kills more Grimm they accumulate a charge. After a while they can empty that charge and it'll either reveal a new ability or strengthen a existing one.

Almost every hunters first ability is [fated enemy: Grimm]

Jaune and Ruby however get different ones

The Arc Clan: Uncle Trey 2 New
Long overdue...

- - -

RWBY and _NPR were waiting in the kitchenette for Jaune to show up with dinner.

Yang: "Ya know, he'd be the perfect househusband. He's hot, he cleans up, he cooks, cleans, he's responsible..."

Pyrrha: sighs happily "Yes... Ah! I-I mean no! And how dare you reduce him to-to some fetish object!"

Yang: blush, grin "I'm doing better at it than you are, Cereal Girl~. At least I've actually gotten somewhere with him!"

Pyrrha: "Y-You... You tramp!"

Yang: "Milquetoast!"

Weiss: "You realize you're fighting over ARC, right?! Arc?! The idiot?! The deadlast?!"

Pyrrha and Yang: "WHO ASKED YOU, TSUNDERE?!"

Weiss: "I'M NOT TSUNDERE!"

Blake: "You know, he is my fiance as well."

Yang: "Fake fiance!"

Blake: "So are you!"

Ren: sighs "Things were quieter before Jaune's love life got complicated."

Nora: "No they weren't!"

Ren: "... Good point."

Jaune emerges, carrying lots of plates with Trey following with more platters.

Jaune: "Hey guys! My Uncle Trey stopped by to help me make dinner!"

Trey: "Hey all! Hope you're ready to enjoy, ladies!"

Yang: "Oh... Wow... So growing up hot just runs in Jaune's family, huh?"

Weiss: bright red "O-Oh my... Uh... N-Nice to meet you, Mister Arc!"

Trey: "You as well, mademoiselle. Now, Jaune?"

Jaune: "Right!"

He expertly set down every plate and drink, and bowed.

Jaune: "I only wish to serve you, my dear friends and divine ladies, so that your beauty may grow everyday, along with your happiness."

He lifted his head and smiled, practically shining. He then looks over at Uncle Trey and scowls.

Jaune: "Seriously?!"

Trey: "Hey: Your dad's right. All you need is confidence and you can pull off anything! Just look!"

Jaune looks back... And Yang, Ruby, Weiss, Pyrrha, and Blake are all blushing deeply and staring back at him. Even Weiss looks hungry.

Nora: "Wowwww! Can you teach Ren that too, Uncle Trey?"

Trey: "I shall do my best! As your uncle, I should train you to be good with women!"

Jaune: "Uh, ah..."

Glynda Goodwitch knocks on the door, and enters.

Glynda: "Hello all. Jaune? I believe we had a tutoring assignment."

Jaune: "OH! I-I'm so sorry Professor! I didn't mean to-I just lost track of time!" He checked his Scroll "Oh, I missed your call! I'm so sorry!"

Pyrrha: twitch "Hello Professor... How... Interesting that you have Jaune's Scroll number!"

Glynda: "Of course I do. He asked for additional help because he didn't want to let any of you down."

Nora: "Aw!"

Ruby: blush "Oh, really?"

Jaune: "I-I help with her paperwork in return!"

Glynda: Wry expression "So that the rest of you don't end up in detention anymore than you already do."

Yang: "Wha-Seriously Stud?! Why would you do that?!"

Jaune: "I mean... You're all my friends so I wanted to help out however I could."

Weiss: "There is such a thing as being too generous!"

Trey stares at Jaune, and at Glynda. His cigarette burns as his Aura erupts in flames.

Trey: "BUT MAYBE I TAUGHT YOU TOO WELL, JAUNE!"

Jaune: "What?!"

Trey: "YOU SEDUCED A BEAUTIFUL OLDER WOMAN INTO YOUR HAREM, TOO?!"

Jaune: "WHAT?! NO! I-I DIDN'T-!"

Glynda: bright red "Wh-What?!"

Ruby: "He'd have better not!"

Blake: bright red, considering "Well..."

Pyrrha: "PROFESSOR! How-You can't do that!"

Glynda: "I DIDN'T!"

Jaune: "I REALLY DIDN'T!"

Trey: "WELL WHAT'S WRONG WITH HER?! YOU SEE A BEAUTIFUL WOMAN LIKE THAT AND YOU DON'T TRY TO ROMANCE HER?!"

Jaune: "I-I gave her a massage?"

RWBY + Pyrrha: "YOU WHAT?!"

Glynda: bright red "ENTIRELY PLATONIC!"

Trey: "WHAAAAT?! DAMN YOU JAUNE! YOUR STUPID OBLIVIOUS HAREM LEAD GENES! WHY DID THEY HAVE TO SKIP MY GENERATION?!"

Nora: "Doesn't that mean you would be oblivious and couldn't enjoy it?!"

Trey: "... Good point!" Calms down, lets Jaune go "Sorry nephew. Got a little carried away."

Jaune: "Uhhh... No problem?"

Trey: "Apologies, Deputy-Headmistress Goodwitch. I misunderstood the situation between you and my nephew."

Glynda: "I... It is entirely professional, I assure you, Mister Arc."

Trey: "Good... So..." Grins and spins up to her, taking her hand and kissing it "Let's talk about us, light of my life~!"

Glynda: "E-Excuse me?!"

Trey: "A heavenly angel had fallen to Earth in front of me and has set my soul alight with her feminine magic! Oh please, my dear lady, be mine!"

Glynda: "Ah... I'm just fine, thank you."

Trey: "Playing hard to get? I understand. A babe like you is probably fighting off losers right and left... Let me assure you, I'm not like those other men! I'm not afraid of your riding crop-Indeed, I crave it. MAKE ME YOUR LITTLE DOGGY! BOW WOW!"

Glynda yelps and blasts Trey out the window with her Semblance. She breathes hard, glaring after him with a slight blush.

Ruby: "... Is he always like that?"

Jaune: "Tragically, yes."

Weiss: "Now I recognize some of those corny lines. You were better off just being yourself, Arc..." At Yang, Ruby, Blake and Pyrrha's looks. "N-Not that I'm interested!"

Blake: smirk "So tsundere."

Weiss: "I AM NOT!"

-Arthur Watts stole the plans for Penny and created his own adorable gynoid daughter for Salem! But she's a bit too wholesome and kind to help with destroying mankind...
Does this mean that Penny being like she is is because she's physically built that way?
Jaune and Ruby however get different ones
[Fated enemy: traitors]
[Fated enemy: evil]
Could Weiss get one for the Grimm that gave her the scar? I think it was a Geist?

Just had a wonderful idea. Jaune when he wsa younger asked to be trained to be a Huntsman and this time his parents said yes. He was trained by all of his family but when it came time to activate his aura, his aura was so big that it knocked out his father for a few days and still refused to go active. His family would, understandably be concerned, but they would still train him as they knew he wouldn't give up. Eventually they come to the conclusion that the only way for Jaune to get his aura active would be for the person with the most aura in the world to unlock it, Ozpin. Other stuff would obviously change at the initiation ceremony, but the important part is that when Goodwitch takes everybody to the hall to sleep, he sneaks out and goes to Ozpin's office to explain the situation, and Ozpin, obviously agrees. When Ozpin unlocks his aura, it works but not only causes a giant golden light show, but also lets out a giant blast of healing aura which not only restores Ozpins back to his magical prime, but also heals Amber under the school, gives everybody's semblance in the school a permanent boost, and gives the women larger tits and asses. Now imagine the chaos that would follow.

Examples of boosted semblances would be
Ruby: She not only gets a giant boost to her speed, but she can also create sharp rose petals that the can telekinetically control and cut through metal.
Weiss: She fully unlocks her summoning glyphs as boosting the power of all of her glyphs, Not to metion she can now fuse her summons together to make them more powerful, at the cost of more aura.
Blake: She Shadow Clones become full on Naruto Shadow clones and she can detonate/explode them at will.
Yang: Her semblance basically changes to Lung's power from worm. Not much more I can use to describe it.
Nora: Not only does other's lightning boost her strength/speed more, but she also basically has turned into Enel from One Piece.
Velvet: She now basically has a basic 3 tomoe sharingan so she can not only copy fighting styles, but also temporarily the semblances of the people she is copying.

-Ruby wants to have a more adult Halloween/Birthday Party since she's turning 16. Shenanigans ensue.

The teams spend Halloween in Radian.

Ruby: "It's been an amazing party but...um..."
Yang: "It's not much of a Halloween party when we're the only ones in costumes."
Jaune: "Oh, right, I forgot...in Radian, Halloween Night is when our costumes come off."
Weiss: *faintly* "Is it just me, or are those howls?"
Blake: "Um...Jaune...what big teeth you have..."

So... Here's a fun thought exercise. Let's suppose that Jaune tells Alyx a lot more details about not only himself, but the future. And finds a way for her to take notes back. He tells her to get this information to the Warrior King of Vale. She fails though because she's just a normal person. Alyx still dies, but Luis writes it all down into a series of novels. Novels that talk about the events of the future.

Ozpin reads these novels, and as we approach the present, he begins to recognize these events. He realizes that the story of the Rusted Knight is true, and he was from the future. And he got this information back via Alyx. Using things that Ozpin recognized. It isn't completely accurate due to Luis taking creative liberties but it's accurate enough Ozpin is able to put together what will happen.

How does the canon change?

I might do a lemon of Werewolf Jaune.

"Oh yes! My darling little kitten lived in our mansion and was never denied anything and I was so proud of her~!"
I can't help but wonder if this is a little bit of revenge for Blake not telling them where she was.
"Leave him alone for now. Just keep track of his movements," Adam ordered, as Slang injected him with some medicine, "We know where he's going. When he gets there... I shall face him. I will grant him a true warrior's death. I must show him the same respect!"
I know that the bit here is that it's all coincidence and misunderstandings, but I kinda want Jaune to learn all the things Adam thinks he's capable of, just because it'd be funny.
She's... A bit surprised. But she was told he was a master of deception so perhaps he's just so good he seems to come off as a half-trained dork?
I wonder how long before she decides Adam is delusional? If so, how does she seek to
This caused the idea of rapid transport and deployment via lockers to catch on. Students not using the lockers to airdrop supplies would airdrop themselves straight into the field.
This is turning into Helldivers, isn't it.
The rocket recall function is now restricted during assignments/missions.
Huh, it didn't. I'm surprised
this took me three days to write and re-write this several time to get it right and still feel like it's not right, for one thing it feel like their still overpowered and I don't know how to fixed that. so if you guys have any suggestion, advice, thoughts and criticism to share that be great. I admit I've gone overboard with the footnotes.
Courier seems fine, just make it so that his semblance cost scales with factor of slowing from his perspective, and he's balanced. Hans seems totally fine, since he won't actually be able to use his semblance unless something gets/is let through his aura defenses. Archie seems balanced, as having the time and explosive power tied to each other both limits him and gives him a good learning curve on timing his power. Malcom… I suppose it matters whether he has a hidden passive semblance, a semblance he only uses in secret, a semblance he refuses to use, or just has no idea about his semblance. All in all, these guys don't seem unbalanced at all, and long as this dossier is based on their veteran states, not when they're in training.
He gets seriously injured for his troubles but manages to defend Blake. How does this change things between them?
Well for one, Adam isn't going to seem like some sort of unstoppable threat now, so she's much less likely to run off. I think this means Yang didn't lose her arm, so there's no guilt there either. Pyrrha's probably still dead, so team JN_R has an empty slot that Sun might fill. Yang and the rest of RWBY are going to be much less bitter and lost, so they'll all be in a much better place. As for the Sun/Blake relationship in particular, I don't really have enough of a grasp on who Sun is and what their relationship was before to say for certain, but I'm interested in seeing how it goes down. Also, I'm always happy to see a story where Blake learns how to person again. (Because she's spent a good third* of her life being indoctrinated by the White Fang, and she didn't deserve canon)

*I don't remember the exact timings, but I think this is right?
-What if Weiss and Whitley were twins rather Whitley being younger? How might that change things?
They might come to Beacon together, but regardless of that, I'm certain their father would fail to drive a wedge between them. Maybe Weiss goes to Beacon to better understand how dust is involved in the world from a ground-level perspective, while Whitley stays to learn more about the business side of things. (And to undermime his father in preparation for the two of them it take over)
The order could still have combat elements, but I picture them more as missionaries who minister to the very worst elements of society and try to convince them to turn their lives around.
Maybe they're the ones that take on the missions no one expects to survive, but that still need to happen?
Thousands of pages worth of paper passed over her desk every single day and this was before the school year had even started! He did not want to imagine the amount of work she'd have to deal with once it did start.
I imagine that being in the about-to-start season was a actually worse, and that things will settle into a routine after it starts.
Ah, so you wish to thank Ms. Goodwitch for unlocking her aura?
Your aura, not her.
-She like Adam gaslights herself into believing the hype, Jaune accidentally conquers Menagerie without lifting a finger, now he has a harem of eager Faunus pets who want to serve their master, Adam rages and hypes Jaune even more, truly Jaune Arc is his greatest rival!
Maybe Blake is the only sane woman who realizes how ridiculous this is, partially for the irony of Blake being true only sane one, and partially so we can see her struggling to stop the crazy train.
Sky lark - complete invulnerability.....for half a second after he says "bro"
I mean, with the speed high-level combatants display, you could get a lot of use out of a well-timed half second.
Russel Thrush - he can style his hair with his aura. Can't change the length or color. Just style.
Yeah, that one just sucks, I can't think of any way to exploit it except maybe minorly aiding in disguise.
Dove Bronzewing - can know the breed of any bird up on sight.
Not particularly useful, but potentially hilarious when applied to Qrow or Raven.
his virtues was be the genuine bad guys.
how would that work? i have no idea.
They represent the virtue, but in a toxic or oppressive way. Humility holds no sense of self worth and would die to not inconvenience someone. (whether he differentiates between the innocent and evil is up to you.) Chastity is aggressive and will not allow anything sexual in his sight. Temperance doesn't know when to stop turning the other cheek. These are just ideas, but they don't necessarily have to be malign, just negative examples of their trait.
Or instead of being bad guys, make it so that they are even more to the extreme that it comes at great cost to himself. Becoming what is clearly a problem that needs to be curbed because even too much of a good deed is a thing.
Yeah, this. They represent the worst parts of Jaune, so they probably shouldn't be that malicious, outside of extreme circumstances.
LEZGOOOOOO
LANCASTER WAS FORESHADOWED AND CRWBY SQUANDERED IT!!
FUCK ROSEGARDEN, THAT SHIP CAN DIE AND BURN IN A DITCH FOR DEPRIVING ME OF THE OTP THAT HAD BEEN FORESHADOWED AND TEASED SINCE THE SECOND EPISODE OF VOL. 1!!
Possibly, but I saw this as Ruby being a little punk and drinking her friend's drink to mess with him.
-What would more of "Jaune Rolls a Nat 20" look like? Does he actually convince Sienna Khan to embrace peace? Does he make Cinder change sides completely?
I say that he doesn't make Sienna change her stance completely, but maybe he redirects her to more deserving targets. And maybe he makes her recognize how far she's fallen, makes her ask how she went from someone trying to make the world a better place to someone who emulates the Grimm, the enemies of all. And maybe he doesn't convince her, but instead convinces other members of the White Fang. Maybe they're left gutted as their forces refuse to support Adam's declaration of war on the world. Maybe the White Fang tears itself apart in civil war.

As for Cinder, the original nat 20 snip has lived in my head since I first read it, but the bit I think is most likely to be internalized by Cinder is the "I was wrong. You weren't a slave, you still are one" line, and it might lead her to breaking free from Salem.
-How would Blake deal with a pro-White Fang student like Hex Skvader fanboying over her?
Stab him.
Cardin sees how eager this cute bunnygirl is... Sees how annoyed Blake is... And mentally shrugs.

Cardin: "Sure thing!"
So, did Velvet start coming on to him in order to annoy Blake, at least partially?

the cost for Courier's semblance is that his Aura is so week that a stiff breeze could break it. do you think that's enough?
for Malcom... to be honest i ran out of ideas when i reached him. so don't really had an idea what kind of semblance to give him, and that's not help by the fact that i actually forgot about this post.
as for their veteran states? it's a bit of a mix. they just entered the academy, but their not newbies since they do have experience, especially Malcom since he a former huntsman-in-training. and the dossier is based somewhere in the mid-point of their time at the academy.

edit: i don't have an idea for what Malcom's semblance should be, but i do have ideas for what it should not be.
- it shouldn't be related to his accuracy, that should be just pure skill.
- it shouldn't be overpower.
- it probably shouldn't be related to combat. maybe something like echolocation.
