I always use the search function to find certain stories

Since a couple of week/days ago I've found that every time I search for a story using the 'word count' sorting, the site simply refuses to do it

I have even tried manually going to a search with the 'word count' sorting by using my internet history, but all I get is a 'this page doesn't exist' prompt

That part at least makes sense. The search url does not encode the search terms in the url like some sites do, but instead contains a reference to a search that the server matches up to generate the page. If the search has expired (such as because it's several weeks later), the server can't match it up and returns an error page.

Just found this problem today as well. Searching by relevance, most replies and most recent are working fine but not word count.

Yup, having this problem as well. A partial work around is, of course, to use the max/min word count options (search for word count >1000K, then 500K-1000K, then 300K-500K, etc.), but it's both a hassle and probably creates quite a bit more server load,

I'm having this problem again, though interestingly, it seems to depend on the query. For example, "loli" or "vore" work fine for me, but "rape" or "mind break" do not (all without quotation marks).

Yeah it's happened to me many many times, things like 'one piece' can't be sorted by word count one day but work an hour later and so on

Bug has popped back up can't get thread search results using member/title names comes up as
Error The search could not be completed. Please try again later only thing that works is tags.
