I admit I forgot that was actually the case. And honestly, I can not make any statement on how easy or difficult it would be to make an artificial arm in comparison to an artificial eye.Doesn't Erza have an artificial eye? An arm should be much easier to replace, all things considered.

From a biological point of view? much easier. But then again, Gildarts walked around with advanced prosthetics for the rest of the story.
An eye while finicky as hell has fewer points of error. It might be horridly difficult to get right initially, but far less prone to develop complications form normal use.
Huh. What changed with him from canon to evoke this reaction?"Are you serious?" he inquired with some mixture between confusion and annoyance. "Fairy Tail has the best wizards in the country. They had the old man and Erza leading the charge. How could those weaklings still lose?"
"Someone ambushed the master, most likely one of their Element Four. He's with Polyushka right now, but we don't know if he will even survive Ethernano deprivation at his age."
Kinda yes, kinda no.Huh. What changed with him from canon to evoke this reaction?
Going back over the story, he reacted to grab Porlyushka when he heard their people were hurt by a demon, which is too serious to just pass off as losing for being weak. Then perhaps with the memory of Elfman getting maimed so fresh in his mind, the idea of his grandfather not making it is more real and he can't just laugh and brush it off. Am I right?
Dont you just love it when a writer has more than a few reasons for an AU than "Just cause"Oh, interesting. Looks like Priscilla's appearance in the world has caused or was caused some notable changes before her appearance.
No such thing, honestly. I can not quite say why it may have felt lackluster to you, though the main reason I could see for that is stations of canon knocking on my door. I am not a fan of running through those, and I did want to just get them over with to do more of my own stuff. The couple of chapters before this one felt a bit lackluster, I felt. They felt a bit stiff in their dialogue and narration to me, a bit rushed and dry in how they pushed through plot points. Like you were just trying to force them out, instead of enjoying the writing process. I was kind of guessing it had something to do with the kick to your motivation's nuts that you mentioned on Discord, from the jerks over on SV.
This one seems like you're getting back into your groove a bit. Glad to see you're doing well.
Yes. Now Priscilla will help out with Zeref's curse, Zeref falls in love with the drussy, and Mavis will start crying over how she got NTR'd.When the darkness faded, a perfect circle of death surrounded the two of them. Priscilla stared down at her friend in shock, much like he stared up at her while tears ran down his cheeks. "T-Then you, too?" He coughed out with a sob, the question confusing her. "You too, suffer this curse?"
"I believe not," she denied, though this energy had felt familiar in a way. "What is it?"
His demeanor slowly changed, the previous energy leaving him. He slumped for a long moment, muttering under his breath. "You truly are different. Perhaps if you can resist the curse, there is something to be done." More crows had gathered, some to prod their dead and others to watch the duo. Her friend slowly rose and wiped away his tears, meeting Priscilla's gaze head-on. "I believe introductions are in order. I am Zeref Dragneel, whom they call The Black Wizard."
Zeref and Anna Heartfilia together were the ones to come up with the 400 year plan and he was the one who actually built the eclipse gate, so it would honestly be surprising if the spirits and king didn't know him.Ah, Zeref the nerd. I wonder if this means he has fiddled with celestial spirit keys in the past or spoken to the Celestial Spirit King. That sort of interaction could explain any number of odd behaviors from the lesser spirits, even centuries later.
