Because they can make life for her or Hachiman harder. The subtlety and social engineering to reach this far require resource beyond what normal family can endure. Unless Gentildonna already become a public figure with considerable popularity, which she is not -because she has yet to debut or win any titles. Same with Hachiman

Hachiman can suddenly find himself in workplace harassment, considering they managed to outmaneuver Tazuna under Rudolf and Akikawa eyes. Like everyone forgot to tell him about the summer training, his paperwork to use the practice facility suddenly 'lost', his application for her Trainee race suddenly put to lower priority compared to other, etc

If Haruno being petty, she can decide to just remove her competition. Hachiman can suddenly find that he is suspected 'cheating' to get his license, and require retaking the exam, with the exam question changed harder so It's impossible to clear by anyone reasonably. At the same time as gossip magazine suddenly blow out news about a trainer suspected 'cheating' on their exam and Hachiman will find his face plastered on TV

Even if later Hachiman manage to clear his name, everyone will still look at him in suspicion
 
Hoping Hachiman also becomes the Trainer of Kitasan Black and Tamamo Cross. Tamamo Cross for obvious reasons.

Mate, Tamamo would be like, in her 30s in 2011. She would be way too old for currently 16 to 17 year old Hachiman. Kitasan is a bit more possible though that's still like, in 2014, and again handling multiple trainees isn't for a noob trainer like Hachiman.

Listen when it comes to cute and sexy umamusume do you honestly think the first thing I use is my brain or logic. Still don't really understand why some are still at Tracen even though some are retired. I'm just going by game logic at this rate.

The game compresses the timeline into one single era, hence all the confusion and contradictions. In here it seems the author takes a page from Cingray and matches the timeline with rl history (hence Verxina, Gentil, and Gold Ship all debuting in 2011).

The anime (Pretty Derby one) also follows the game timeline. Pretty sure I read somewhere they said the Pretty Derby anime, Cingray, and the game are all different continuities.

Verxina, Gold Ship, and Gentil debut in 2011 as 2 year old irl. Gentil then won Triple Tiara in 2012 as a 3 year old.

And they're all connected via Neo Universe, Gold Ship's hat, and maybe Stay Gold who I think can travel the multiverse. Also neat, and what about Fenomeno? Gonna hope that in the future Hachiman becomes Kitasan Black's trainer. Also wonder if Meine Attrice has been born yet and what her relationship with her mother would be like if she even is her mother?

Fenomeno also debuts in 2011, so yeah, she would appear in the story as well eventually.

Uma Musume doesn't always have similar relations with their rl counterparts. Case in point Air Groove, Admire Groove, and Duramente are unrelated although in real life they are grandmother, mother, and son. Meine Attrice debuts in 2005, so she would be like... 20 or something.

Huh, hey you think if Satono Diamond shows up her dad will be the CEO of SEGA. I mean if Kitasan Black's dad is an Enka singer I think odds are good that Satono Diamond's dad is the CEO of SEGA. Now Like a Dragon is in my head.

I mean, it's heavily implied Satono Family is the owner of Sega in Uma Musume universe. Same like how the V sisters' father is simplied to be their real life baseball player owner.

Uma Musume are unrelated to each other in the their universe unless they share the same mother irl. Hence why Biwa and Brian are sisters since they have the same mother. Same with the V sisters since their irl mother is Halwa Sweet. Same case with Dream Journey and Orfevre since their irl mother is Oriental Art.
