A hybrid of the Short Belfast and Lockheed C-141 proposed to the RAF for Specification ASR-364 in the 1960s. It used a modified Belfast fuselage with the wings, engines, and tail surfaces of the C-141 Starlifter.

Short answer: It is.

Longer answer: Technically every picture is copyrighted because copyright law is borked to hell. If you actually care about such things (which you probably shouldn't) then you should consider it copyrighted unless you can find a public domain dedication or creative commons license or other similar free use license accompanying it from the original creator.

Definitely the ugliest "Beautiful" person that I've seen yet on CK3, at least as far as game-generated characters. Stay tuned, I'll post an adult picture if she lives that long.

Edit: Died of the plague only a few years later.
