no idea who she is but that sword is cool

According to Google image search, she's a genderswapped version of Okita Sōji, that appears in a couple Nasu works (F/GO and Fate/KOHA-ACE) as a Saber-class Servant

1974 Datsun 260Z 2+2

Besides the new, larger engine and assorted interior and chassis refinements, the other major change the 1974 model year brought to Nissan's S30 platform was the introduction of a 4-seat model, designated the 2+2. Compared to the standard S30, the 2+2 models were stretched by a foot and had an altered roofline and larger quarter windows, all of which created enough room to stuff a small backseat into the car.

1975 Datsun 280Z

For the 1975 model year, Nissan once again made a major change to the S30 sports car platform. Anticipating additional US emissions and crash safety regulations that would further sap power and add weight in the near future, as well as wanting to correct drivability issues that had troubled North American market 260Zs, Nissan engineers elected to once again enlarge the engine, increasing the displacement to 2.8L by boring the cylinders out by 3.1 mm, and furthermore, replaced the carburetors of the 260Z with electronic fuel injection, using a derivative of the Bosch L-Jetronic system made under license by Hitachi. These modifications increased the output of the 280Z's engine to 170 HP, and also offered the ability to tune the engine more precisely, which, in combination, led Nissan engineers to hope that the 280Z would be able to meet future emissions and safety regulations without a significant loss in performance. Except for the new engine, the initial 280Z was otherwise unchanged from the 260Z.

Although upon its introduction, the 280Z was the only version of the S30 sold in North America, the 260Z continued to be sold in other markets as the base model alongside the range-topping 280Z.
