AHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA BOTW 2 IS IN AND I CAN'T STOP GOING WTF

Oh, also, we're getting two wave of Age Of Calamity DLC with Zelda using the motherfucking motorcycle as her new weapon I CANNOT TAKE ANY MORE OF THIS AWESOMENESS NINTENDO AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
Big booty biker chick zelda when!?
But yeah not a whole lot of super exciting stuff for me, might give metoird a shot when that comes out along with SMT 5

Oh, so Elden Ring isn't dead in the water? Guess all we need now are news from these three.

I guess one out of three isn't bad, better than none. Metroid Prime 4 was the one announced way back, not a mainline, so...

EDIT: Or maybe not? Apparently Metroid Dread's been a thing since 2005? That's neat.

In other news, Advance Wars fans are no longer on life support.

Also, new fighter in Age Of Calamity. It's a Guardian. Like, a full sized Guardian. And Link now has access to a pair of Ancient Nunchuks, because why the fuck not, right ?

Watching the BOTW 2 trailer again...I think Link just lost an arm and replaced it with a modular prosthetic. Think Devil May Cry 5's Nero.

Or it's the same robot you beat up, it escapes, and upgrades itself.
From the gameplay they're doing of it, looks like it's multiple ones in different areas, since the person doing the demon destroyed one, i think, once she powered up Samus' cannon.

Shooter/zombie crossover idea.

So WW3 breaks out in 1985, and the player is an American or soviet soldier. In the aftermath of the nukes flying, there is a breakdown of society to the lowest level, and then the radiated dead rise.

Soviets and Americans team up and fight through a post apoclaitic hellscape. West Germany is laced not only with wandering irradiated hordes, but also nuclear radiation, chemical weapons, and bio weapons.

To make the game more interesting, there is a set limited amount of ammo, and fuel, and the player must complete all objectives before these resources run out.

Not only does our protagonist face zombies and a post war hellscape, but roving bands of other soldiers-called "ghost riders"-not actually ghosts but former comrades, enemies and armed civilians, that are pretty much fighting for the last scrape of food and water, and fuel.

The game will emphasize the themes of the inevitability of death, hard choices for survival, (players will be forced to commit atrocious acts just for more ammo), and will try to reach a safe zone. Only to find they are themselves poisoned by radiation and they end up dying anyway.

Game goes to black.

Could be lackluster or good be amazing.

Yes and no. There was plans for Metroid Dread back in '05, but was stuck in development hell with two separate versions completely scrapped. According to the story, Yoshio Sakamoto felt that the current handheld system of the time, the DS, was nowhere near powerful enough to handle what he wanted to have in Dread, most likely the EMMIs. Come 2017 and MercurySteam's remake of Samus Returns, Sakamoto was convinced that they could bring to life his full vision of Dread.

Looks like we'll know more on July 11, that's the SRW 30th Anniversary celebration event.

Cyberpunk finally got a discount on GOG but is it worth a buy? I already bought a lot this month so I would rather save it until it gets to like 50% off.

I haven't played it in awhile, but I believe CD Project only got 2 decent-sized patches out before they got hacked pretty badly and had to stop working on more to deal with that. Probably best to wait awhile longer.

This looks promising. It's like Battle Brothers but 3D.

This can't possibly be as good as the original.

DO WANT anyway.

...Also, is it just me, or does that one guy look waaaay too similar to the Math Nut from Week 2?

So apparently they are making Metal Slug... Tactics

I have hopes for this.

If nothing else, an uptick of Eri / Fio porn would make it all worth it.

I'm a bit surprised that Mercury Steam is making the next chronological game in the Metroid franchise. The Stinger for Samus Returns showed one of the creatures on SR388 get possessed by an X parasite. I thought they were going to be doing a Metroid Fusion remake next. Not that I'm complaining, mind you. It's nice to see them finally move the timeline forward after two decades. It's just not what I was expecting.

I have a Metroid related question. Can Samus's ship carry more then one person or no?
