You implement the new technology into the Metal blade. Infusing the arm attachment with it allows metalman to now literally send teleporting saw blades everywhere.

It also saves on clean up as well.

As a show of your skills however. You replaced on of his arms. Using the materials you jacked from Chill Penguin's body you gave him most of Chill Penguin's armaments all slimmed down into an efficient and pleasing looking part all contained in a single arm.
