She's from a game called Kantai Collection, where WW2 ships get anthromorphized. The enemies are basically goth strippers, and this girl is pretty much the only one that isn't a depressed or angry emo. She's cheerfully psychotic.

She's also that one enemy. You know, the "normal" one who could break half of the actual bosses over her knee.

I don't know what the relationship between that girl and the dinosaur is. Maybe she's anthropomorphicized, maybe she's the owner. Maybe it's just a depiction of what her personality is like. Hell, I don't even know if she's a she. I'll go out on a limb and say yes though, and hope I don't get eaten.

I looked her up. It made me double the 'yes' to 'super yes'. Battleship Re-Class right? Got lots of fanarts that are cool. Thanks for giving me new waifu. XD

My image has gone from teenager with a Digimon, androgynous guy with a Stand, to vague girl bait from an Eldritch fish. Lol, dont worry, the Digimon won't bite... probably should change the image soon again.
