I'm guessing you're talking about the NSFW version versus the non-NSFW one.

Basically, when I first started posting on the non-NSFW side, a reader mentioned that the story might get more engagement if I uploaded it in the NSFW section instead.

So now I upload it in the NSFW section and just keep both versions updated. At the end of the day, they're the same story, just posted in two different places.

If you mean the 'Your first time is always over so quickly, isn't it?' thing, you can change it to whatever you want by going into your 'Account details' and saving a custom title.
