You might be running into an issue that brand new users of QQ can't see stories that are housed in the NSFW section.

Once you get passed that, you should be able to find South Blue in the same area that you see Feel the Ground Shake.

Just read all of Like a Dungeon Crawler in two sittings. Holy peak, your character writing, prose, and ability to weave a cohesive narrative out of largely random power-ups are impeccable.
