My pet peeves for DxD fic are those with SI/OC that, upon the start of their journey to power, instantly went to Issei to rob/murder him for his boosted gear. Like why? I know he is a pervert, but why the hate? I mean, can't you just befriend him or something?.

At least if you ability to take sacred gear why don't you exchange something for it, like that one fic where the MC gift Issei a make-over/gender bend for the boosted gear. Because, before Cannon Issei crave boobs so much that he Will give you the boosted gear in exchange for a taste of it.
