I mean, nither of you are really wrong. I do need to get better at commiting to my works outside of Usagiquest, and I do not get paid for this. I am working on relooking through In-Humane again to try and see why I was able to pull that one along for so much longer than average, and why it failed so I can hopefully learned from that in the future.

My amateur prescription is to think about the animated superhero Invincible whenever you think about The Invincible and balance mid with peak. This will balance your humors and possibly make it so you never enjoy anything again.

It's great to see you still enjoying it tho. Imo, the best experiences haunt you.

I've got a question about Red Riot. Maybe you answered and I missed it when skimming the other posts but shouldn't Gengetsu be dead at this point in the timeline? He died in the First War right? Are you just erasing the Third Mizukage we know nothing about? Either way a little clarity would be nice thanks for your work!

Have you seen those "weather apocalypse" type stories? The most common is the one that copies that one LN->webcomic where world permawintered and 1/1000 people became x-men, MC got space powers, etc. Another is the world permaburned and MC got space powers, bought a glacier, etc.

The best is probably the one where the moon stopped and world became half permaday and half permanight

I just think that this kind of generic setting (sometimes with zombies, maybe) can be a good addition to the game setting + simultaneous isekai story. Maybe if it's a gestalt apocalypse, add stories like highschool of the dead and resident evil into the mixture, that might be nicer too, but I'm not sure which ones can be used.
