Hey man, just wanted to say I found your DxD story, after that whole kerfuffle, and I'm really liking it. I hope you don't get discouraged but I understand if you do. Either way, thanks for giving us what you have. Its always amazing to me that I get to read well written, coherent stories for free. I think the direction you are taking it in is very interesting and would love to see more of it though!

It doesn't matter what actually happens, people just decide to crash out since the fic being written isn't doing exactly what they would do themselves, forgetting that the main characters aren't them and react differently, and that more often than not the author will have a plan for how they want things to go.

If you think about it, the NTR plot where the husband is always overworking and not home, and when he is, he is too tired to sex, so the wife gets NTR'd, when we take out the situation where the husband has a woman outside of the house, it is more indicative of a socio-cultural issue contributing to the incompatibility between familial formation and career/economic survival, hence Japan's population crisis.
