By 'Fusion' method between two compatible EGO with the mc personality-realization there (like this fic with the 'Greed glove + Wolf claw' = cool 'wolf theme' gauntlet called 'Primal Impulse' that make other think it Claw expy).

I prefer pathfinder to 5e mostly. Been wanting to play Lancer for a bit.

I like Traveller and Battletech. Battletechs rpgs seem meh in comparison to lancer, although mechwarrior destiny has potential.

Have you ever tried any of the d100 systems like call of cthulhu, runequest, etc?

if the lifepath system actually made viable characters it would be decent, but it doesn't. And you still have to go in the point buy to spend the rest of your points after.
