Next chapter is finished and just needs a final polish. However, bad news is that I will be without my main computer for a few weeks as I return my bad memory kit for warranty. I'll keep you all apprised as it develops. Will likely post the next chapter, write the next one, and then send my RAM kit in. Hopefully that should tide you all over.

Hey, there. I just finished rereading One Thousand Steps, and I'm quite impressed! I hope you resume it soon. I would recommend that the existing chapters be given a once over, though. I did find some missing words and some grammatical faults. Either way, I'll keep watch for more content, and please stay safe over there.

You're new and everybody does it at least once (some more than once, even!) but just letting you know, posting in a thread that hasn't seen any posts in at least a month is called necromancy and goes against site rules for this site, Spacebattles, and Sufficient Velocity. It can also get a thread locked, which is a little bit of a PITA for the author to resolve.

So this one story I read this other day, the MC has Harry Potter magic and Superman powers, and he's like an orphan kid, growing up in an orphanage in Gotham, and writer has him save an equally tween Zatanna, fight beside tween Bruce Wayne, etc. and MC's like, Zatanna is pretty cute, but writer has her only have eyes for Bruce, and it's like self-NTRing for 50 chapters
